China Youth Daily Client News (China Youth Daily, China Youth Network reporter Qiu Chenhui) Another group of Beijing Winter Olympics university student volunteers have gone out on the expedition. Recently, Beijing Agricultural College held a ceremony for 96 teachers and students volunteers who will serve the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. The earliest date of these volunteers is January 15, and the last batch of volunteers to return from isolation and observation is early April, a total of more than 80 days, during which they will not be able to spend the Spring Festival with their families.

Specifically, the 96 Winter Olympic volunteers are divided into two teams, one is a closed-loop volunteer team of 80 people, and during the Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games, they will be jointly responsible for the volunteer service work of the Capital International Airport together with volunteers from other 5 universities; the other is a closed-loop volunteer team of 16 people.

At the expedition ceremony, Zhao Feng, secretary of the party committee of the school, gave them a "pre-game" ideological and political lesson, saying, "You will face challenges such as epidemic prevention and control, closed-loop management, the Spring Festival can not go home for reunions, and online classes." This is a new experience for you and a major test. He encouraged the students to keep in mind the mission, complete the task well, consciously dedicate, show the style of the Beinong people, and attend the "big political class" of the Winter Olympics; at the same time, they must abide by discipline, pay attention to safety, and maintain physical and mental health.

Zhou Jianping, president of the school, presented the flag to the volunteer team, and the school will implement the "Eight Ones" service guarantee plan to help volunteers run to service positions with peace of mind. The "Eight Ones" service guarantee measures include: the formation of a special support group composed of multiple departments of the school, the establishment of a temporary party and league organization, the establishment of a volunteer home, the issuance of a letter to the volunteer parents, the selection of one-on-one service stewards and learning partners for the volunteers, the holding of a marching ceremony, the provision of a batch of incentive support materials, and the convening of a commendation meeting.

At the expedition ceremony, all the School's Winter Olympic volunteers took a solemn oath. Mu Chenyu, a 20th-grade student at Beinong Wenfa College, said: "We will bravely shoulder heavy responsibilities, not afraid of difficulties, sincere dedication, provide perfect and refined services for athletes from all over the world, and contribute to the holding of a 'simple, safe and wonderful' Winter Olympics."
