In October 1937, the Japanese invading army occupied Suiyuan Province, and in the winter of 1938, Li Jingquan of the Eighth Route Army of the Communist Party of China successively advanced into the Daqingshan Revolutionary Base Area and established the Daqingshan Anti-Japanese Guerrilla Group. The guerrilla party organizations extensively mobilized and organized the masses to resist Japan and save the country, and set up an underground secret organization, the "Suimeng Anti-Japanese Salvation Congress from All Walks of Life."The establishment of the Anti-Japanese Salvation Association swore an oath to the determination of the people of all ethnic groups in Mongolia and Han to be linked by flesh and blood, to share a common destiny, and to unite as one to resist Japan and save the country.
At first, most of the people who participated in the Anti-Salvation Association were the upper elites of the upper echelons of society, such as the educational circles, the cultural and artistic circles, and the businessmen, but soon under the call of the guerrilla party organizations, the masses in the vast rural pastoral areas also actively participated in the Anti-Salvation Association, and the situation of resisting Japan and saving the country has since sprung up and developed in full swing. In particular, the present-day Tumut area is more prominent, and many natural villages (towns) have established liaison stations (points) of the Anti-Rescue Association, and the village of Xiaoshila and Lamaying are two of them.
The person in charge of the Xiaoshila Village Anti-Rescue Association was Fan Wudan, and the contact person of Fan Wudan's superiors was Comrade Wang Yushan of the Daqingshan guerrillas. Due to the day and night sweeping and continuous encirclement and suppression, the Daqingshan guerrillas were almost in a predicament of running out of ammunition and food, and the situation was very critical. So the anti-rescue associations in the Shandai area, such as Guo Zhengman, Sun Yue of Zhaoshang Village, Chen Zhiwen of Zhanggaitai Village, and so on, ran day and night to collect funds for grain, oil and medicine, and then concentrated in Fan Wudan's house to hand over to the guerrillas.
Once the devil's informant whistleblowed, and used a sorghum pole as a signpost to point directly at the village of Xiao Shila in an attempt to sneak attack. Unexpectedly, discovered by the people of the Anti-Rescue Society, Fan Wudan preemptively reported to Wang Yushan, a guerrilla stationed in the village of Twenty Jiazi, and after discussion, they decided to ambush the enemy with a plan. So Fan Wudan and they went back to change the direction of the beam pole that had originally pointed the way, pointing directly at the twenty sub-villages. The devils had just entered the ambush circle, when suddenly the gunfire of the guerrillas rang out, the grenades and mines exploded together, and the devils were dizzy, and the dead and wounded wounded rats fled. Two of the devils who had fallen behind broke into xiaoshila village and forced the common people to show them the way, Fan Wudan pretended to be obedient, and when the devils did not pay attention, Fan Wudan used a rolling pin to break the head of one of the devils and bleed to death. At night, donkeys were used to drive the devil's corpses to the sand nests northwest of Zhanggatai Village and bury them.
Lama Camp Village has the home of Zhang Denghai, the leader of the Saraqi County Anti-Rescue Association, and the ghosts have repeatedly entered the village to search, causing the whole village to be restless, especially the Japanese puppet army that those people call the "Big Horse Team", and it is even more fierce and cruel. One day, he suddenly broke into the village, hung Zhang Denghai's mother on the beam of the house and tortured her, and then set fire to the house, and the ghost left only because Zhang Dengyuan and other people from the Anti-Rescue Association and the villagers put out the fire in time, and did not cause a big scab. Under the leadership of Zhang Dengyuan, the villagers donated grain and money to the guerrillas to make military shoes, and Zhang Dengyuan's family donated 2,000 pieces of Baiyang, a number of cigarette paste, and two old cloth horses. The guerrillas hit the receipt, and the payee, Wang Yushan, kept it until after liberation, only because of the Cultural Revolution raiding the family and rebelling. Zhang Dengyuan and other members of the Anti-Salvation Association actively mobilized young people with lofty aspirations to join the anti-Japanese guerrillas, and Zhang Dengyuan recommended Wang Mingyue from his village to join the guerrillas. Wang Mingyue heroically killed the enemy in the guerrillas, sacrificed his life and forgot his death, and made many military achievements, and later in an anti-encirclement and suppression battle, his family members were designated as martyrs. Later, the traitors informed Zhang Dengyuan that zhang Dengyuantong was the backbone of the Anti-Salvation Association, and at that time, the Suiyuan Kuomintang was infighting, and Pan Xiuren of the Chasuqi faction and Chen Guoying of the Shandai faction were at odds and tit-for-tat. Chen Guoying instructed Qu Buxiao (Qu Hansheng), a native of Baotonghe, to openly shoot and injure Pan Xiuren at the venue, and later Qu Buxiao learned that Zhang Dengyuan was a communist, and because Zhang Dengyuan's father Zhang Guilin was a man from Taiyuan Province at the end of the Qing Dynasty and a family of scholars, Zhang Dengyuan had a personal relationship with the cultural man Pan Xiuren, so Qu Buxiao sent troops to assassinate Zhang Dengyuan and his wife, and fired several shots at his young son on the spot, only to escape the disaster because the moon black wind was high and his son broke the window. At that time, Zhang Bao was an underground Communist Party member, standing guard and sending intelligence. Zhang xx was an underground traffic officer of the Daqingshan guerrillas, and often kept important top-secret documents of the guerrillas at home as Kuibi's liaison. Under the leadership of the Daqingshan guerrilla party organization, the mass anti-Japanese national salvation movement in Lamaying Village was carried out in a down-to-earth and orderly manner. It effectively supported the anti-Japanese guerrillas in Daqingshan and dealt a fierce blow to the arrogance of the Japanese Kou.
