In order to effectively do a good job in the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic in schools, maintain the health of teachers and students and the safety and stability of the campus, according to the requirements of the higher-level documents, combined with the prevention and control situation of the new crown pneumonia epidemic and the actual situation of the school, and in accordance with the school's work plan for the opening of the spring semester of 2022, the following notice is hereby issued on the matters related to the return of teachers and students in the spring semester:
1. Return to school time and batch arrangement
All students must return to school at the wrong time and at the wrong peak according to the school's arrangement, and they are not allowed to return to school early. From February 24 to 27, the school implemented the implementation of students returning to school in batches and at staggered peaks. The specific schedule is as follows:
24th: Students with make-up exam tasks;
25th: All graduate students, first-year undergraduate students;
26th: Undergraduate sophomores;
27th: Undergraduate third and fourth year students.
2. Conditions for returning school
(1) Students who are present in medium- and high-risk areas and have a history of living in medium- and high-risk areas in the 14 days before returning to school are not allowed to return to school temporarily, and will be arranged to return to school after the detention area is reduced to a low-risk area; If they or their family members living together are confirmed cases, asymptomatic infected persons, suspected cases, or are judged by the disease control department to be close contacts or sub-close contacts, they must not return to school, and can only return to school after being assessed and approved by the local health department, and should continue to do a good job of health monitoring after returning to school.
(2) Students in low-risk areas or health codes with green codes but itinerary cassettes with "*" numbers in the cities where medium and high-risk areas are located must hold a negative 48-hour nucleic acid test result report when returning to school, reduce the flow as much as possible after returning to school and do self-health monitoring, carry out 2 nucleic acid tests within 3 days, and conduct 1 nucleic acid test again on the 7th day.
(3) In low-risk areas of the epidemic outside the province, return to school normally with a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate, health code and itinerary card green code. Low-risk areas in the province return to school with a health code and a green code for the itinerary card.
(4) Students who meet the normal conditions for returning to school but cannot return to school for other special reasons should strictly perform the leave procedures.
3. Back-to-school process
(1) Before returning to school:
1. In the 14 days before the start of the school year, all students avoid moving around other places, strictly prohibit travel to medium and high-risk areas, and report health and action trajectories every day.
2. Students submit an application for return to school through the DingTalk platform, and truthfully fill in health information, return to school method, train information and other relevant necessary information. Return to school after confirmation by the counselor and approval by the college. The information of returning students shall be summarized by each college and submitted to the Student Affairs Office and the Graduate School Office respectively.
(2) Returning to school:
1. Under the premise that conditions permit, it is recommended that students can return to school through self-driving and other forms to reduce the risk of road infection, and private vehicles and accompanying personnel are not allowed to enter the campus. Students returning to school by public transportation should try to choose a direct route to reduce the number of transfers.
2. On the way back to school, please wear masks throughout the whole process, pay attention to personal hygiene, keep a distance from the passengers as much as possible, minimize communication with other personnel, reduce contact with public objects or parts of the vehicle, and avoid contact with the mouth, nose and eyes with your hands.
3. During the period when students return to school, the Xiangshan and Binhu campuses will open the middle gate, and the return code, health code, itinerary code and body temperature will be checked before entering the school. Those who are not in the list of returnees approved by the school or do not meet the conditions for returning to school (failure to return to school on the prescribed date, false declaration information, abnormal body temperature detection, etc.) are not allowed to enter the campus. Please line up in an orderly manner, more than one meter apart from each other.
(3) After returning to school:
1. Reduce gathering and flow as much as possible within 14 days from the date of returning to school, consciously wear masks, wash hands frequently, and ventilate frequently; if it is not necessary to go out, if you really need to go out, you must strictly implement the system of going out to ask for leave, and perform the procedures for asking for leave.
2. Strictly implement the system of morning and evening check of body temperature. Do a good job of daily self-health management. Complete the dingtalk platform health punch card every day, complete the body temperature morning check (before 9:00), evening check (before 19:00). If there are respiratory symptoms such as fever, cough or sore throat, fatigue, diarrhea and other phenomena, especially if the armpit body temperature ≥ 37.3 ° C, it should be reported to the counselor and the school health department for disposal at the first time.
3. Regarding the arrangement of the curriculum and learning, please pay attention to the notice of the Academic Affairs Department.
4. If the new crown pneumonia epidemic changes or the higher authorities and Huaibei City have the latest epidemic prevention requirements, the latest notice shall prevail.
