The 2022 CES show opened today, BMW's flagship pure electric SUV model iX M60 was officially unveiled, and BMW China also announced its domestic price: 996,900 yuan.
At the same time, the price of the iX xDrive 40 model has also been disclosed, at 746,900 yuan, which is a full 100,000 yuan lower than the iX xDrive 50 model that has been listed in China.
The M60 is a high-performance version of the BMW iX, with dual front and rear motors, a maximum power of 455 kW (619 hp), a peak torque of 1100 Nm, an acceleration of 0-100 km/h in just 3.8 seconds, and a maximum speed of 250 km/h.
Not only is the power strong enough, the battery of the new car has also been upgraded, and the maximum cruising range of the WLTP can reach 566 kilometers, which is enough to stand out for the mainstream electric vehicles.
As a high-performance version, the BMW iX M60 exterior adds a more sporty design, with personalized M design elements, blue M high-performance brake calipers, BMW personalized Titan Gold exterior components and a unique high-gloss black Titan Phnom Penh M logo. In addition, the model can also be equipped with exclusive Titan gold 22-inch aerodynamic wheels to further enhance the recognition.
The new car is equipped with front double wishbones and rear five-link suspension, M-exclusive tuning adaptive dual-axle air suspension and electronically controlled shock absorbers, xDrive all-wheel drive, rear axle active steering, M sports braking system and more.
Since the flagship is positioned, the interior configuration must be top-notch, the iX M60 applies 20 BMW configurations for the first time, and comes standard with up to 35 luxury features such as Bowers & Wilkins 4D Diamond Surround Sound System, Comfort Heating Kit with Infrared Heating Technology, Automatic Park Assist System Pro, etc.
It is worth mentioning that the automatic parking assistance system Pro equipped with the new car for the first time not only has the remote control parking function of remote mobile phone, but also further expands the backward from 50 meters to 200 meters, but also increases the memory route function, which can store up to 10 parking paths.
At this point, the three BMW iX models have been launched in China, and the xDrive 40 and M60 will be officially delivered this year.
