Health Times reporter Qiu Yue
At 8:00 p.m. on December 15, Lu Qun, director of the Infection Management Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine, finally returned to the isolation hotel and began to sort out the summary of the work of supervising and guiding infection prevention and control in designated hospitals, isolation points, nucleic acid sampling points and other places on this day. On the same day, she must send her opinions and suggestions on infection prevention and control to the joint prevention and control headquarters of Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, in a timely manner, to provide suggestions for epidemic prevention and control.
As a joint prevention and control medical expert of the State Council, Lu Qun has stood at the forefront of the fight against the epidemic 9 times, from Hubei, Xinjiang, Liaoning, Hebei, Yunnan, Jiangsu, Heilongjiang... This time, as a provincial expert, he came to Shangyu, Shaoxing, Zhejiang, and the main battlefield of the fight against the epidemic came to Lu Qun's doorstep. "The designated hospitals in the 9 provinces I went to before have maintained zero infections of medical staff, and this time at the doorstep of my home, I hope to protect the medical staff here from infection, and I will do my best."

Lu Qun went to Xinjiang to help prevent and control the epidemic, and the interviewee provided a picture.
Measure the risk area with your feet and keep an eye on every detail of infection prevention and control
Wherever the epidemic occurs, Lu Qun will appear where it is the first time, and this Shangyu is no exception.
According to Lu Qun's recollection, when she received the notice to immediately rush to Shangyu's aid, she was conducting infection prevention and control supervision in the second hospital of Zhejiang University, and she immediately handed over the work in her hands and went home to pack her bags. "When I got home, the car that picked me up in Shangyu was already parked downstairs from my house, and it took me 10 minutes to pack up a few clothes and leave."
In less than a week, Lu Qun has taken two rounds of all medical institutions in Shangyu, and also went to multiple nucleic acid sampling points and isolation points to make suggestions for each department and each link to establish a strict infection prevention and control system, system and requirements, she pays special attention to the personal protection of medical staff in the designated hospital, including the personnel management, process management, environmental management of the designated hospital, and the working time of the front-line staff must not exceed 6 hours, and the meals in the cleaning area are not allowed. Must return to the hotel for single dining, closed-loop management of all staff, etc., and I hope that every detail is in place.
As the executive deputy director of the Zhejiang Provincial Hospital Infection Management Quality Control Center, Lu Qun not only fights the epidemic in the frontline of Shangyu, but also pays attention to and reminds the epidemic prevention and control of medical institutions across the province, and she hopes to share her anti-epidemic experience in nine places across the country with various medical institutions in Zhejiang. "Every day, I almost kept living about the epidemic in the three places in Zhejiang and the possible risk of infection prevention and control in my mind, and I often lay in bed at night, and my brain couldn't stop, and I couldn't sleep at all."

Medical staff are the fighting force of epidemic prevention, and only by protecting them can we better protect patients
"Is this the right layout for us?" "Are we doing our sanitization in place?" "What should we do with these patients?" ...... Questions like this Lu Qun did not know how much to answer.
Lu Qun's mobile phone is turned on 24 hours a day, and even in the middle of the night, there are still staff of medical institutions around the world who ask her various questions by phone or WeChat. Whether it is day or early in the morning, she will communicate with the other party immediately, carefully and patiently.
"Infection prevention and control is no small matter, during the anti-epidemic period, medical staff are the combat force, and protecting them is to better protect patients." The most important thing in my job is to build a 'Great Wall' for medical staff to prevent and control infection. Lu Qun said.
Courage to move forward without flinching, from "angel in white" to "warrior in white"
"Mother Lu, we have a bottom in our hearts when you come, but you are our dinghai god needle." Due to Lu Qun's gentle and easy-going personality and many dealings with various medical teams, many post-90s and post-95 medical staff are accustomed to calling her "Lu Mama".
Lu Qun visited patients in Wuhan, and the interviewee provided pictures.
Lu Qun said that over the past year, her daughter has almost no time to ask questions, but she has gained more "children" on the front line of the fight against the epidemic, "Many of them are about the same age as my daughter, everyone trusts me, and I naturally have an unshirkable responsibility to protect them." ”
From January 2020 to the present, Lu Qun has almost been running between epidemics in various places, and when the epidemics arise and occur, she often just finishes her work in one city and goes directly to the next city. For more than a year, home has become a "distant concern" in Lu Qun's heart.
"Medical staff is like this, where we need to go, this epidemic can reflect this more, not only me, all medical staff will be brave in the face of the epidemic, will not shrink back." In the past, people always referred to medical staff as 'angels in white', but now, I think the title of 'white warrior' is more appropriate, and 'warrior' is the true portrayal of every medical worker. Lu Qun said.
