Like a father as a son: 58 marathons for fathers and sons

On April 9, in Lanxi, Zhejiang, the marathon track was crowded with tens of thousands of runners.

In the crowd, Luo Shujian wore a white sports vest, black shorts, and pushed a blue cart with his son Xiaobai sitting in the car. 14-year-old Xiaobai is thin and small, less than 1 meter 3, more than 30 pounds tall, because of cerebral palsy, he only has the intelligence of a one- or two-year-old child.

After the starting gun sounded, Luo Shujian pushed Xiaobai and ran. After three months without exercise, he ran breathlessly, 21 kilometers, in 1 hour and 43 minutes.

This is the 58th marathon for father and son.

Eight years ago in the fall, Luo Shujian took his son on the marathon track for the first time. At that time, his idea was simple: his son liked to be lively, and he wanted to take him to see the outside world.

Returning to daily life from the marathon track, running is Luo Shujian's normal life. The 46-year-old is a courier in Jinhua, Zhejiang Province, who walks 20,000 steps a day, receives and delivers more than 200 express mails, and works 123 hours.

The media reported the story of the father and son, calling them the "Chinese version of Dick and son" - American marathon legend Dick Hoyt, who once used a wheelchair to push his son with cerebral palsy to more than 1,000 races. In Luo Shujian's story, people see a father's tenacity, not giving up and love for his children.

And when we walk into his life, we find that this is not just a story of a father's love, it is also about how a person learns to be a father, how a family raises a sick child, and an ordinary person's growth and self-redemption.

"He's so cute, I can't bear it"

Since last year, Luo Shujian has rarely run marathons.

In the past two years, the pace of work has increased and the intensity is high, he often goes out at 7 o'clock in the morning and returns home after 9 o'clock in the evening, running non-stop like a spinning top. He felt too tired to have the energy to exercise.

"People see me and say that I feel that I am much older." Luo Shujian is less than 1.6 meters tall, with a thin figure and clear wrinkles on his dark face.

The most relaxing moment of his day is when he comes home and hugs Xiaobai and plays with him. Xiaobai can't speak, but when she sees him, she will rush up.

After Luo Shujian came home from work, he played with Xiaobai. Unless otherwise noted, this article was taken by surging news reporter Zhu Ying

Xiaobai's day spent most of her time alone in the recovery room at home, staring at the TV on the wall and watching cartoons. He wears a helmet all year round to prevent him from biting his hands and knocking his head after falling with seizures.

Xiaobai often watches TV alone in the recovery room during the day.

The recovery room, which is less than ten square meters, was remodeled by Luo Shujian three or four years ago for thousands of yuan, and is very warmly furnished: colorful puzzles on the floor, wallpaper of the blue underwater world on the wall, trampolines, dolls and balls in the room. In winter, the sky is open, afraid that he will freeze.

The door of the recovery room was locked, afraid that he would run out. A few years ago, once the door was not closed, Xiaobai stumbled a kilometer away from his home, and was stopped by the sentries of the nearby garrison. That time scared Luo Shujian and his wife.

In the second half of last year, his wife Zhang Yanjun, who had been taking Xiaobai full-time at home, began to work as a packer in a factory 20 kilometers away from her home, working from 9 to 5:30 every day, with a salary of 3,000 yuan a month.

Xiaobai is cared for by his grandparents, who are in their seventies, feeding him every day and changing diapers. He can't chew and can only eat semi-liquid food, meat and vegetables chopped and mixed in rice, fruit squeezed into juice.

"[He] doesn't understand anything, we don't recognize it, and we won't call it." Grandma Zhao Yunxiang said. She is 70 years old, has a bad heart, was hospitalized four times last year, and it was a little difficult to take care of her grandson.

In early March this year, Zhao Yunxiang was hospitalized again. Luo Shujian had to take time out of noon every day to go home, feed his son, and take him out to let loose. One day, when he came home, he saw Xiaobai lying alone on the ground and falling asleep, and his heart was sour, so he took him to deliver the express in the afternoon.

Like a father as a son: 58 marathons for fathers and sons

Luo Shujian pulled Xiaobai out to let the wind go.

"A chicken feather", Luo Shujian sighed. He has experienced such moments many times.

The chat with Luo Shujian was broken. Xiaobai kept walking around on the side, unconsciously pulling clothes, biting sleeves, pulling shoelaces, sometimes suddenly screaming, clapping hands, and lifting the trampoline. He would also run over and push his father's head and pull his hat.

"Very good at troublemaking, if you catch it, throw it away." Luo Shujian's tone was full of helplessness, and he kept reminding him: "Don't eat your hands, okay?" "Luo Zhibai (Xiaobai's full name), how did you stand?"

Without warning, Xiaobai suddenly "plopped" backwards and fell to the ground. This is a symptom of seizures.

Luo Shujian quickly picked his son up. "Luo Zhibai, are you in pain?" "It's seizing you again, four or five times a day."

Seeing Xiaobai fall, Luo Shujian was a little sad. But he said he doesn't regret his choice.

That winter night fourteen years ago was an inflection point in Luo Shujian's fate.

At that time, the wife's due date arrived, but she did not respond and wanted to have a cesarean section. The doctor felt that her physical condition was better and recommended a smooth delivery. Luo Shujian agreed. Not long after oxytocin was used, the wife was pushed into the delivery room. Unexpectedly, during childbirth, Xiaobai suffocated in the birth canal, did not cry after birth, and after 15 minutes of rescue, he entered the incubator.

Three days later, the brain CT results showed that the child had ischemic hypoxic encephalopathy and would have sequelae.

"You are young and can be reborn." The doctor put it mildly. People around him also advised him, "You will be bitter when you are old." ”

His wife was in confinement at her mother's house, and Luo Shujian did not dare to tell her about her child's condition, and a person experienced the most difficult decision in his life.

"I've thought of a lot of ways, where to throw him?" Or where to put it? Let him starve to death? No way. Even morally unpassable. Luo Shujian said that he also had the idea of giving up, but "If you really have to choose to give up, how can you bear to do it?" "I see him so cute, I can't bear it."

After thinking about it for two or three days, he decided to keep the child. He knew the road ahead would be difficult, but "there was no way back." ”

That year, Luo Shujian was 32 years old and had just delivered express delivery for two years. His wife was a girl from a neighboring country, 3 years younger than him, and a tailor. The two met through introduction, at first did not feel anything, by the third year, Luo Shujian felt that his wife was good and suitable for living, "cheekily to raise a kiss", so they got married and soon had children.

After being pushed onto their parents' track, they didn't expect that the road would be so difficult.

Hope and disappointment are intertwined

After a month in the incubator, Xiaobai was discharged from the hospital. Two days after returning home, I cried all day and had to be hugged and coaxed at night.

Luo Shujian and his wife took him to the hospital and ran two times, saying that they couldn't see it well and let him go to Hangzhou to see it. After arriving in Hangzhou, Zhang Yanjun remembered that when the expert looked at the brain CT film, the first sentence said, "This child cannot be cured for 1 million or 2 million." She was blindfolded and burst into tears.

The two did not die and saw another rehabilitation specialist. Experts say that children will develop, and through rehabilitation, they can slowly improve - which gives them hope. According to the massage techniques taught by experts, the two rubbed Xiaobai's arms and legs at home every day and went for monthly check-ups.

At 6 months, Xiaobai was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Luo Shujian and his wife began their long road to recovery, and they had only one thought: "I think that he can take care of himself [in the future]." ”

Zhang Yanjun began to hold her son every day, carrying milk bottles, blankets, diapers, and transferred three buses to Jinhua Rehabilitation Center for the Disabled to practice physical movements for Xiaobai. It was the most tiring time she could remember.

Then, they went to Beijing, where medical conditions were better, and went to several hospitals, doing rehabilitation and acupuncture, which cost tens of thousands of dollars a month. Luo Shujian delivered the express at that time, and his salary was only five or six thousand. After recovering for two months, I couldn't bear it and went back to my hometown. Luo Shujian spent thousands of yuan to make a crawling slide and a standing frame, and every day before going to work, he and his wife, father, and three people helped Xiaobai practice.

When Xiaobai was two years old, he took him to Shanghai for oral massage, spending about 100,000 yuan in half a year.

In the process of recovery, every small growth of Xiaobai filled them with hope: when he was ninety months old, he would have climbed; 818 days, can walk; More than two years old, can spit out the pronunciation of "mother".

"I always remember the first time I heard 'Mommy', ouch!" More than ten years later, Zhang Yanjun still can't forget the surprise and excitement at that moment. After Xiaobai would say "daddy", she immediately videotaped with her husband.

In the faint hope, they continue to experience heavier blows: at 15 months, Xiaobai was diagnosed with mental retardation, which means that his intelligence is forever stuck at the level of a one- or two-year-old child; At the age of two and a half, chronic epilepsy appears, which is still the most difficult to control "LGS syndrome". The doctor said that every seizure, brain damage once, if not controlled, rehabilitation will not be effective.

The symptoms of epilepsy, from crying for half an hour in the morning, slowly turn into suddenly leaning back like a puppet with a broken thread, falling twenty or thirty times a day, and being startled and laughing when sleeping.

The couple watched as Xiaobai's learned skills deteriorated little by little: his walking began to be crooked, his mouth could not make a sound, and his bright eyes were gone.

"Beat us back to the eighteenth level of hell, and hope is dashed." Recalling that moment, Zhang Yanjun's tone was calm. In the past, when she talked about her son, she couldn't help but cry, "Now it seems to be paralyzed." ”

The days still have to pass, Zhang Yanjun comforted herself. She said that her husband is introverted and rarely shows emotions, and the two are unlikely to communicate, each of them bears it silently.

What pulled Zhang Yanjun out of despair was her daughter's unexpected arrival, "When I can't think about it, I will arrange a daughter for you again." ”

Originally, the couple wanted to wait for Xiaobai's condition to improve and have another one. After an unexpected pregnancy, Zhang Yanjun accepted the arrangement of fate. Her attention was diverted to her new life, often worried that her children would inherit it.

During the birth, she did not dare to give birth again and chose a caesarean section. Fortunately, everything is fine with my daughter.

After Xiaobai developed epilepsy, Luo Shujian also fell into despair. After a few years of rehabilitation, money was spent, time was invested, and everything returned to the beginning, "bigger than the blow when (Xiaobai) was born."

I can only desperately find medicine. After dropping out of junior high school, he plunged headlong into this unfamiliar field, added a lot of patient groups, and looked up information on the Internet. A parent sent him some information about rehabilitation, he couldn't understand it, felt guilty, and "hated himself." Xiaobai tried several domestic drugs, but they were ineffective, "Epilepsy control for three years, has not been able to control." ”

Later, a pediatric epilepsy expert came to Wenzhou, and the couple rushed overnight, and the expert recommended an imported prescription drug. But this medicine is difficult to buy, Luo Shujian asked a patient to buy more than a dozen, and after eating for a week, Xiaobai's epilepsy was controlled. After looking for acquaintances, I asked doctors abroad to buy them and send them back.

After a long time, Xiaobai is somewhat resistant and will have several attacks a day. Up to now, he takes 4 kinds of drugs to control epilepsy every day, and tests his blood every three or four months to check whether the indicators are normal. The medicine list was stacked in a thick stack, and Zhang Yanjun joked, keeping it for her daughter as scratch paper.

Like a father as a son: 58 marathons for fathers and sons

Luo Shujian and his wife took Xiaobai to see a doctor, and the medicine list was stacked into a thick stack.

"I promised him to stand behind him for the rest of my life"

Friend Li Chong remembers that once during a meal together, Xiaobai kept moving, knocked over a bottle of drink, Luo Shujian calmly wiped the table clean, comforted Xiaobai, and then continued to feed him.

That scene shocked him as a father, "If it were himself, it would be really unimaginable." ”

Raising a child with cerebral palsy requires exponential patience and energy. Xiaobai can't chew, the gums have degraded, and the brush of teeth is bloody, and can only be wiped with a towel; Haircuts and hair washing have to be grabbed by two people, and he does not let people meet. Every day, Zhang Yanjun would change his clothes; He can only wear pantyhose and suspenders, all sewn by Zhang Yanjun himself; Clothes must be worn backwards, otherwise they will be ripped off.

"If it were me, I would have gone crazy."

At the end of February this year, a mother took her autistic son to Xiaobai's house to play, looked at Xiaobai, and couldn't help but sigh.

Zhang Yanjun said with a smile that he had brought him before, but now he felt that it was not difficult.

Since the birth of her son, she has hardly slept a single night's sleep. Until now, Xiaobai would wake up two or three times a night and cry when he woke up. Her husband had to drive during the day, and Zhang Yanjun was afraid of making a noise to him, so she immediately hugged her son and coaxed him. Sometimes two or three hours are not good, so I give him a tablet to watch cartoons.

Once she was so tired that Xiaobai woke up and got up and knocked over the thermos. After the couple woke up, they turned on the light and saw that blisters appeared on the child's feet. Since then, Zhang Yanjun has not dared to fall asleep again.

When her daughter was young, she slept in her daughter's room, and in the middle of the night she heard the crying of her son in her husband's room, and Luo Shujian was so tired that he said, "Let him cry for a while." Zhang Yanjun still got up to coax his son, getting up several times a night.

The radius of her life revolves around him. Xiaobai sticks to her and asks her to hold her for more than ten hours a day, so that now, her hands can't do heavy work.

Like a father as a son: 58 marathons for fathers and sons

Zhang Yanjun feeds medicine to Xiaobai.

Zhang Yanjun also had a brief escape. For a while, she held the child every day, tired to the point of collapse, ran back to her mother's house for two days, Luo Shujian fed her son milk powder.

After having a daughter, she often rides a battery car, Xiaobai is in front, and her daughter sits in the back, pushing them out to play. In summer, a one-meter-high pool is placed in the courtyard for them to play in the water and swim.

I used to be reluctant to turn on the air conditioner, but now I want to turn it on, "Leave him alone, anyway, there is no money." Just make him comfortable. ”

In a mountain village seven kilometers away from Jinhua Railway Station, the Luo family lives in a two-and-a-half-story building built 20 years ago and an old bungalow built for 40 years.

"Just our worst." Zhao Yunxiang stood in the courtyard and pointed to the magnificent new houses around and said.

But the courtyard is spacious and tidy, full of flowers, potted plants, and a small pond with colorful lights wrapped around the trees, which sparkle at night. On a white wall, the word "Fu" is painted.

In rural areas, a child with cerebral palsy is often the object of discussion. Some people say, why raise such a child, "see here and there to see (sick), spend more money"; Others say that there is no need to take care of him so carefully, do not get used to him feeding him.

Zhao Yunxiang used to use the car to pull Xiaobai out to play, often heard people gossiping, and then stopped going.

Zhang Yanjun will also be uncomfortable at first, but later chose to ignore it, "It's not him who raised it, we raised it ourselves." ”

She loves the child, "I think my son is lovely" and every day when she comes home, she "hugs him and kisses him."

What stung her the most was that her son sometimes stooled and put his hand in his mouth, "At that time, I felt quite pitiful..." Then she comforted herself, and her son didn't have to think about anything, "It's good, it's not pitiful." ”

She said that her husband was more impatient, but he was very patient with his children and was very willing - to buy Xiaobai an imported anti-fall hat for four or five hundred yuan a piece; The cart cost 8,000 pieces; He also spent 3,000 yuan to install a stool on the back seat of the bicycle, just so that he could take Xiaobai with him when riding.

Zhang Yanjun can feel her husband's debt to her children. Luo Shujian followed the doctor's advice to give birth spontaneously, and as a result, the child suffocated in the birth canal. "He felt that everything was his responsibility, and he felt that he was sorry for the child."

Over the years, she has always wanted to go out to work, but Luo Shujian is not worried that her son is not cared for at home, so let her accompany her son well. Luo Shujian himself once went to the village at four o'clock in the morning to sweep up garbage, sold fruit, and wanted to open Didi.

Like a father as a son: 58 marathons for fathers and sons

Luo Shujian played with his two children.

A long time ago, Luo Shujian's WeChat signature was called "Stupid Dad and Silly Son". He felt that he was "not very smart, not very good at making money, not very emotionally intelligent, and understood things late".

But his brother Luo Shuzhen felt that after having a child, his younger brother changed a lot. He said that his younger brother often ran into trouble when he was young and did not have so much responsibility for his family, and after Xiaobai was born, he never gave up and tried his best to take care of him, "beyond our imagination." ”

Luo Shujian feels that fatherly love is an innate instinct. After becoming a father, he began to understand his father for the first time.

Luo Shujian remembers that when he was a child, his family was poor, his parents were busy with farm work, and his mother would go to the nearby army to sell tea, eggs and rice dumplings. When he was four or five years old, the winter was very cold, the pond was drained, and his father went to the pond to touch the fish and shrimp and came back to make it for them to eat.

"Very happy," Luo Shujian said in retrospect, "I can really feel the love of my parents at that time." ”

After dropping out of school at the age of 16, Luo Shujian studied tailoring, entered a garment factory, worked as a security guard, hotel foreman, and gas station worker. It wasn't until 2007 that he became a courier that he stabilized.

Luo Shujian said that he was not very sensible before, matured late, and rarely returned home. "There is no clear direction in life until the age of 30." After the age of 30, all his strength was spent fighting his child's illness.

"Keep yourself going"

One morning in the summer of 2015, Luo Shujian got up at four-thirty and started running on the way to his home.

I'm going to take Xiaobai to run a marathon, he told his family.

Almost no one understood him. Zhang Yanjun had the impression that her husband had never exercised before and did not have any running foundation.

Brother Luo Shuzhen is also not optimistic. He ran a marathon for two years and knew it was a tough, boring sport, let alone running with kids.

Luo Shujian ran with his head down.

When Xiaobai was one year old, Luo Shujian accidentally saw a documentary by Dick Hoyt's father and son in the United States in a patient group.

In 1977, after 36-year-old Dick pushed his son with cerebral palsy in a wheelchair to run a 5-kilometer public welfare run, his son said that he felt like a normal person for the first time. That inspired Dick to take his son on more than 1,000 races over the next 30 years, as well as triathlon and cycling across the United States.

"I hope to push my dad to run once one day." Dick's son's words hit Luo Shujian. He thought that in the future, when he had the opportunity, he would also take Xiaobai to run.

In the years of fighting epilepsy, Xiaobai fell again and again, and Luo Shujian fell into hopelessness again and again, "I don't want to face this reality." ”

Until 2015, after learning that his brother was running a marathon, Luo Shujian's deepest desire seemed to be awakened. He felt that if this continued, "my whole person would rot, and my whole family would be torn apart." ”

Recalling this, Luo Shujian's voice lowered. It was a slump he didn't want to recall.

He was determined to run to make himself face reality, to deliver on his promise to his son, and, "to keep himself going." ”

There is a mountain near his home, and Luo Shujian runs along the mountain road every morning. At first three km, five km, after three months, it increased to 15 km. Go to work after running.

Zhang Yanjun has never seen her husband so positive. Luo Shujian said that he is not a very persevering person, running, is the first time to insist on doing something.

Xiaobai also likes to run. In the past, the garrison troops near the village would run by, and Xiaobai would follow behind.

The father and son's first marathon was in November 2015 in Hangzhou, 7 km. The sky was raining, and Xiaobai was wearing a raincoat, sitting in a wheelchair sent by the disabled federation, smiling happily.

Very tired, very embarrassed, is Luo Shujian's memory of that game. Pushing Xiaobai to run, his arms can't swing, his shoulders are very sore, and he is very tired when going uphill, so he has to pay attention not to bump into people, and he has to stare at Xiaobai's state.

Until the moment of reaching the end, exhaustion is replaced by pride. He didn't expect that he really ran down.

After that, he practiced harder. Run for an hour every morning, and when you get home in the evening, do push-ups, tummies, squats, and stretches for more than an hour. On weekends, run 50 or 60 kilometers around the mountain, or practice with runners. The most painful is the interval run, a group of 800 meters, running 8 sets in a row.

In March 2016, in Wuxi, father and son completed their first full horse race. When he ran 30 kilometers, Luo Shujian's feet were like pouring lead, and he couldn't run. Xiaobai will move after sitting for a long time, and he has to stop to change his diapers, feed him water, and comfort him.

That time, he ran for 5 and a half hours. Zhang Yanjun was waiting in a panic at the end point, saw the ambulance driving by, worried that her husband had an accident, and hurriedly called him: Why hasn't it arrived yet?

After running to the finish line, Luo Shujian was very excited, and when he returned to the hotel, he was paralyzed.

After running, Luo Shujian first felt physical comfort, "the spirit is getting better and better", watching himself improve little by little, exercise has become a kind of enjoyment.

On the runway, he finally found a sense of mastery in life.

Every time he ran, Xiaobai would also clap his hands happily, lean out, and look at the crowd. This made Luo Shujian more motivated.

He also followed the example of Dick's father and son, took Xiaobai to challenge the triathlon, swimming 2 kilometers to the reservoir every morning, running 10 kilometers, and returning in the evening to ride the platform for another 2 hours. He modified his bicycle himself, allowing Xiaobai to sit in the wheelchair in the back. However, this attempt ultimately failed - Xiaobai could move when swimming, and he could not carry it.

Like a father as a son: 58 marathons for fathers and sons

Luo Shujian took Xiaobai to run more than 50 marathons.

In the first few years, Luo Shujian ran more than a dozen races a year, sometimes several times a month, and Zhang Yanjun said of him, "You are sick, you are not tired, right?" ”

When running, many runners will greet them and cheer and applaud. Some runners want to help, but Luo Shujian is afraid that he will bump into people, so he tries to push himself.

Some small gestures of kindness often moved him. He remembers that someone stuffed 500 yuan into his car, turned around and disappeared; There is also a Lanzhou netizen who specially asked a friend to invite him to dinner.

There are also doubts, saying that he put on a show and took his children out to suffer. Luo Shujian didn't care, "The path I take by myself, whatever you say." ”

Zhang Yanjun said that her husband is a stubborn, "tendon" person, and if he feels right, he will do it, and persuasion is useless. She can only support him behind her.

Before her daughter went to school, she would basically run with her father and son. Over the years, they have traveled to more than 20 cities. Whenever I go to a city, I will stop by to see the local scenery. They climbed over the Great Wall, saw the Yellow River, saw the sea in Xiamen, and went to Chengdu to see giant pandas.

"If you don't run a marathon, where do you usually go out and play?" Zhang Yanjun said.

But she had some contradictions in her heart. On the one hand, she also wants to take Xiaobai out to see the outside world, "Although he doesn't understand anything, he also wants him to see it, and he didn't come to the world in vain." ”

Like a father as a son: 58 marathons for fathers and sons

Luo Shujian supported Xiaobai, so that he could also experience walking on the swing.

On the other hand, the heavy pressure of life makes running a marathon a luxury. Go out once, the fare, accommodation fee, as little as one thousand, as much as four or five thousand. In recent years, Luo Shujian ran a marathon, plus bought equipment, and spent 150,000 yuan. Sometimes in order to save money, he took Xiaobai alone and shared a room with other running friends.

In the past two years, the economic pressure has been great, Zhang Yanjun and his parents have advised Luo Shujian to run less and practice at home. He still insisted on running.

"Hope to bring him more joy"

After taking his son to run a marathon, Luo Shujian was reported by the media.

"Some people envy me, can work, still have the time and money to take him out for a run, give so many interviews every day, and become a celebrity." Luo Shujian said, "In fact, I envy their children for growing up healthily and hearing their children call their fathers." ”

Luo Shujian said that Xiaobai has mild autism, and there are more than 20 million autistic children in China, who rarely go out, contact the outside world, go to school, find employment, and need more understanding and social attention.

Since 2017, he and his friends have organized autism public welfare runs every year, held nature challenges, and brought autistic children into schools, cinemas, amusement parks, etc. Zhang Yanjun remembers that one year, Luo Shujian climbed 21 laps around Jianfeng Mountain in order to donate masks to the disabled.

At the end of last year, Luo Shujian was elected chairman of the Jinhua Wucheng District Autism Association, and parents often contacted him to ask for ways to raise such children, and he would reply patiently. He also counted the situation of autistic children in his jurisdiction, hoping to connect them with some resources.

During the day, he shuttles between different buildings and can only do this at night when he rests. He was tired, but he felt a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction.

He was also changed by a marathon. Luo Shujian said that his previous self was introverted and unsociable, but after running a marathon, he was more optimistic and indifferent. Zhang Yanjun feels that after running, her husband's temper has improved, and he no longer likes to go out and play mahjong as before, and he is more responsible.

In the early years, Luo Shujian had a dream to take Xiaobai to Boston, the first city in the world to have a marathon, to run a marathon.

But now, the pressure of work and life makes this wish unattainable.

On the marathon track of life, he also entered the "wall period". Since the beginning of last year, Luo Shujian felt that his work was getting busier and busier, sending more pieces, the assessment became stricter, and his salary was reduced.

For the first time in 15 years of delivering the express, he felt deeply tired, his physical strength could not keep up, and he was "tired and did not want to do it". But without education and skills, it's hard to find another job. His parents are older, and his father went to the community to sweep up garbage the year before last to help him; His son took medicine for more than 2,000 yuan a month, and the family's livelihood forced him to continue.

There aren't many couriers his age, and he doesn't know how long he'll be able to hold out.

"It's good to get through this," he cheered himself up.

What gave Luo Shujian a headache was his daughter Lulu's homework. My daughter is 10 years old and in the fourth grade, and she cries when she can't write her homework.

She began to learn eloquence, drawing, English, thinking, and what she liked at the age of four or five, Luo Shujian let her learn. The tuition fee is 40,000 yuan a year. There are not many classmates around her.

The little girl likes to coquette with him and clip the pink hairpin on his head. Luo Shujian said that his daughter was noisy at home, but she was very introverted outside.

When he was four or five years old, his daughter asked him: Why did he feed his brother? Why is my brother like this?

He said, my brother is sick, you have to let my brother take care of my brother.

"I think my brother is pitiful." Lulu said she would hold her brother's hand, jump on the trampoline with him and play with the ball. When she buys food, she will also bring a little for her brother.

Like a father as a son: 58 marathons for fathers and sons

Lulu and Xiaobai looked at their phones together.

When her daughter saw Zhang Yanjun hugging Xiaobai, she would sometimes be jealous and say, "You often hug your brother, I also want to hug." Zhang Yanjun said, brother can't help, you grow up.

Zhang Yanjun wants to cultivate her daughter well, and in the future, her daughter will have a better life, maybe she will think more about her brother. "You said that my daughter will have a hard time at that time, how can she take care of this brother?"

Zhang Yanjun thought that when he and her husband couldn't move in the future, he would send Xiaobai to the rehabilitation hospital, so that his sister could visit him often, and others did not dare to snub him. "It's pitiful if you don't have relatives."

Zhang Yanjun said that the only thing he can do is to take care of his body, "If you can take him one more day, take him one more day." ”
