Cai Xiaodong, male, Hani ethnicity, native of Pu'erjiang City, Yunnan, born in May 1983, joined the Party in April 2006, joined the work in June 2006, is currently the deputy captain of the law enforcement investigation team of the Xishuangbanna Border Management Detachment, a first-class police chief, and a third-level police inspector.

Police seized 147.2 grams of synthetic cannabinoid products
On December 8, Guangzhou Baiyun police held a press conference to announce the detection of a series of cases involving the new drug "synthetic cannabinoids".
In early July, police received a mass alarm that a man had symptoms of poisoning. After investigation, the police found that the cause of the man's poisoning came from an electronic cigarette that was said to be very "top-up" purchased on the Internet.
Police traced the source of the e-cigarette and found a chain of drugs that were transported and sold across provinces and cities. From mid-July to mid-August, the police arrested a total of 35 suspects involved in the case, seized about 147.2 grams of synthetic cannabinoid products, as well as 130 cigarette bombs, 45 electronic cigarette poles, 45 syringes, and a batch of items and tools involved in the case.
After police investigation, the main person involved in the case, Huang Mou and others, through a WeChat account, played an "advertisement" that could sell "shangtou" electronic cigarettes and "received orders". After the buyer places an order to pay, Luo and others will process and make electronic cigarette cartridges and ship them according to their needs.
The smoke bomb of this electronic cigarette contains synthetic cannabinoids, and the man who called the police "poisoned" by the masses is smoking an electronic cigarette with a high synthetic cannabinoid content, and there are symptoms of poisoning.
It is understood that since July 1 this year, synthetic cannabinoids of new psychoactive substances have been officially listed in China. According to the police, the abuse of synthetic cannabinoids is mainly soluble in e-cigarette oil or sprayed on the surface of media such as tobacco. After smoking, people will have dizziness, vomiting, mental trance, hallucinogenic and other reactions, and will unconsciously become addicted to drugs. Excessive consumption can lead to coma, shock, suffocation and even sudden death.

Guangdong's first drug-related "self-laundering" case was broken
The "poisonous Mandarin Duck" sold cough water and was recovered 1 million
Selling cough water and laundering money? What is this operation? On March 25 this year, the anti-narcotics detachment of the Huizhou Municipal Public Security Bureau found that a drug trafficking gang was suspected of drug trafficking and money laundering.
In the gang, Zhang Mouqiang and Zhang Moulan (Zhang Mouqiang's wife) bought "cough treasure" cough water, mixed it with boiled water in a certain proportion, filled it with unlabeled empty bottles, and sold them to others at a price of 150 to 160 yuan (small bottles) and 300 yuan to 320 yuan (large bottles) per bottle. Zhang Mouqiang used Zhang Moulan's WeChat account to collect drug funds, and transferred them to Zhang Moulan's bank account, and then Zhang Moulan invested the drug funds obtained from drug trafficking for financial management.
On April 25, Huiyang police successfully arrested the pair of "poisonous Mandarin Ducks" and arrested five drug addicts at the same time.
On August 20, the Huiyang District Procuratorate prosecuted Zhang Mouqiang and Zhang Moulan for drug trafficking and money laundering in accordance with the law.
On September 14, after trial by the Huiyang District People's Court, Zhang Mouqiang was sentenced to three years and six months in prison for drug trafficking; for money laundering, he was sentenced to one year in prison and decided to carry out four years' imprisonment. Zhang Moulan was sentenced to two years' imprisonment for drug trafficking, and sentenced to one year's imprisonment for money laundering, and decided to carry out the crime for two years and six months. The proceeds of crime were recovered for about 1 million yuan.
The successful detection of this case has created a precedent for Guangdong to crack down on drug-related "self-laundering" cases since the implementation of the Eleventh Amendment to the Criminal Law.

Execute the execution! Drug dealers who manufacture and sell methamphetamine are sentenced to death
On December 1 this year, the Chaozhou Intermediate People's Court held a sentencing and enforcement meeting to pronounce the verdict and execute cai liangliang, a criminal who sold and manufactured drugs.
Between July and August 2016, the convict Cai Liangming co-financed the manufacture of methamphetamine (commonly known as "methamphetamine"). After on-site inspection, Cai Liangming and others decided to rent an idle workshop for drug production, and then purchased raw materials and tools for drug production and arranged for transportation to the workshop.
In mid-August of the same year, the workshop began to produce methamphetamine. Cai Liangming is responsible for drug management, cooling the crystallization of methamphetamine and looking at the wind.
After the methamphetamine was made, on the afternoon of the 22nd of the same month and the early morning of the 23rd, Cai Mingming and others sold 20 kilograms of methamphetamine and 100 kilograms of meth to others, respectively. In addition, some of the methamphetamine was sold by the co-defendants, and the remaining methamphetamine, raw materials and tools for drug production were transferred and hidden.
On September 2 of the same year, the public security organs arrested Cai Mingliang and others, and based on Cai Liangming's confession, seized 2 bags of methamphetamine totaling 57.8 kilograms and raw materials and tools for making drugs.
On December 1, 2021, the Chaozhou Intermediate People's Court complied with the execution order issued by the President of the Supreme People's Court to verify the identity of the convict Cai Liangming, escorted him to the execution site, and executed him by firing squad.
