The harm of drugs is obvious to all, and almost no one is not afraid of this "demon". It can ruin people's homes, can make people's wives and children scattered, and can also make people's lives enter a rapid countdown. Drug addicts are terrible and pitiful, while drug dealers are cold-blooded and ruthless executioners.

In 2003, drug dealer Ma Xiuqin was arrested, and in order to cover up her boyfriend, she took all the blame and made a request before her death

In 2003, beijing was the largest drug trafficking case in Beijing since the founding of the People's Republic of China, involving up to 30 kilograms of drugs (heroin). What does 30 kilograms of heroin mean? Humans injecting 0.2 grams of heroin a day can become addicted in three days, and 30 kilograms of heroin can plunge 50,000 people into the abyss of drugs.

In mainland criminal law, no matter how much heroin is trafficked, it is suspected of committing a crime. Whoever sells 50 grams of Shanghai loin risks death. It is conceivable that with so many amounts of heroin, the harm is great. It is unbelievable that it was a female drug lord who committed such a heinous crime, why is she so rampant?

It all started when ma Xiuqin, a female drug lord, was born in a small mountain village in Ningxia and had a seriously ill younger brother in her family. From Xiao Ma Xiuqin followed her brother's ass to take care of him, and later in order to subsidize her brother's medical expenses, she dropped out of school and ran to nearby Lanzhou, Gansu Province, to work.

At that time, Ma Xiuqin was still a little girl who did not understand the world, and she had a slight posture and worked as a drinking maid in the disco. During her part-time job, she became acquainted with a handsome gentleman called Elsa. Elsa was very generous to her, often tipping her and occasionally giving her some expensive jewelry. Ma Xiuqin's love for Dou Dou began to open, and she fell in love with this personable man. Soon, the two of them made substantial progress and began to live together.

One day, Ma Xiuqin's hometown wrote a letter, and her brother's rheumatism symptoms were aggravated and he needed a high medical fee. Ma Xiuqin had a headache, she had already spent a lot of savings in order to date Ersa, and she no longer had money to see her brother. Elsa saw her heart and suggested that she quit her job and come to work for him. Unbeknownst to Ma Xiuqin, Ersa was slowly pulling her into the abyss.

Ma Xiuqin didn't think much of it, and immediately agreed to help Ersa run errands. Ersa said that he often needs others to help him withdraw money in business, and as long as Ma Xiuqin runs, he can give a tip of 1,000 yuan. At the beginning of the 21st century, 1,000 yuan can be said to be a huge income. Ma Xiuqin was lured by money, and according to Ersa's account, she arrived at a small supermarket nearby, took away the paper bag containing 10,000 yuan in cash, and went to the bank according to the plan to deposit the cash into the designated account.

When she received the payment, she immediately called the money to her family. At this time, she was attracted to this lucrative work and did not examine the substance behind the work in the slightest. Just like that, she began to help Ersa run errands and save money. After a month on the job, Elsa made new demands on her, hoping that she would be able to "deliver goods" for her.

Ma Xiuqin thought that the goods in his mouth were very ordinary objects, so he happily agreed, but somehow, the work of transporting goods was paid more than the work of saving money. When she got the goods ready to hand over, out of curiosity, she opened the package and looked at it, only to see that it seemed to be some drugs.

After Ma Xiuqin handed over the goods, she always felt that something was wrong. Because when Elsa "trained" her, he stressed many times that the handover of goods must avoid people's eyes and ears. If this is a legitimate livelihood, why do it secretly? After Ma Xiuqin returned to the residence, she still couldn't help but ask her lover.

"Curiosity kills cats," Ersa smiled mysteriously, telling her a shocking secret: the paper-wrapped goods were all heroin! Ma Xiuqin was so frightened that she fell on the bed, and some propaganda personnel in their village had come and posted large posters, saying that pornography, gambling and drugs were illegal and criminal matters that endangered mankind. Drug trafficking, in particular, can be devastating once it is discovered.

Ma Xiuqin began to retreat, and the next day she said goodbye to Ersa and implicitly offered to return to her hometown. Elsa could not know what she was thinking, and he took off that warm face and threatened her with a terrible posture to continue to help herself, otherwise he would take revenge on her family. Ma Xiuqin was forced by his threat and could only reluctantly agree.

Since then, Ma Xiuqin has gradually become familiar with the "business" and has become obsessed with this business. Seeing that she could "go it alone", Ersa sent her to Beijing to expand her business. Ma Xiuqin quickly adapted to the local "market" and gradually became the leading drug trafficker in Beijing. However, she gradually became overwhelmed, so she kept thinking about finding a helper to act for her.

Until Ma Xiuqin met Zhang Mou, a female drug dealer who had just been released from prison, she immediately invited her to join the team. The two can be described as "wretched", watching those drug addicts degenerate, so that countless people face the tragedy of family destruction. The two of them became more and more frantic, completely oblivious, and therefore did not notice the pace of the police investigation.

On July 1, 2003, at 9:00 p.m., Ma Xiuqin was watching TV at home when she was suddenly broken into the door by the Beijing police. After the police took it under control, they found 13,199.8 grams of heroin from the closet. In the following interrogation, Ma Xiuqin confessed that the drugs transported and sold by her hands were at least 30 kilograms! Although Ma Xiuqin confessed in detail all the facts of her crime, she never mentioned her upper line Elsa.

Article 347 of the Criminal Law: [Crimes of Smuggling, Selling, Transporting, or Manufacturing Narcotics] Smuggling, trafficking, transporting, or manufacturing narcotics, regardless of the quantity, shall be investigated for criminal responsibility and given criminal punishment. Whoever smuggles, sells, transports or manufactures narcotics shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of 15 years, life imprisonment or death in any of the following circumstances, and shall also be sentenced to confiscation of property: 1. Smuggling, trafficking, transporting or manufacturing more than 1 kilogram of opium, heroin or methamphetamine 50 grams or more, or a large quantity of other drugs;

From this law, we can also see how serious the crimes that Ma Xiuqin is suspected of are. In the end, she was undoubtedly sentenced to death. Before the execution, Ma Xiuqin fell to her knees in tears and begged the prison guards to hand over her belongings in the detention center to her family. When she trampled on the bottom line of the law, if she thought about her relatives who missed her at home, she might not fall to this point.

Ma Xiuqin's experience is reminiscent of the phrase "poor people must have something to hate." In order to cure her brother, she went astray, and poverty did not make her motivated, and the difficulties did not make her progress, but made her go to the opposite path. If she had previously committed these illegal and criminal deeds for the sake of her relatives, then the complete degeneration since then may still be based on the greed in her heart. Ill-gotten gains must not be coveted, and the bottom line of principles must not be lost.
