It is understood that the plainclothes brigade of the Wanning City Public Security Bureau got a clue that someone was selling drugs in a certain resettlement area of Dong'ao Town, Wanning City, and after investigation and control, in the early morning of January 9, in Dong'ao Town, the drug trafficking suspect Li Xx (male, from Dong'ao Town, Wanning City) and the drug suspect Chen XX were arrested in Dong'ao Town, and a small package of suspected drugs was seized on the spot.
Subsequently, the plainclothes police interrogated and dug deeper, followed the line of in-depth investigation, and on the same day arrested 3 drug addicts such as Wu, Li, and Chen in Dong'ao Town and Liji Town, and arrested Cai Xx, the upper family of drug trafficking suspect Li XX in Dong'ao Town (male, a native of Dong'ao Town, Wanning City), and destroyed a trafficking network.
At present, 2 people, including Li X and Cai X, who are suspected of drug trafficking, and 4 people, including Chen X and Wu X, who are suspected of drug abuse, have been transferred to the Anti-Narcotics Branch of the Wanning Municipal Public Security Bureau for trial, and the case is being further investigated.
