The listing atmosphere in Sichuan is relatively strong.
Companies are well aware that listing can achieve financing and is expected to become bigger and stronger.
On November 25, 2021, the Sichuan Provincial Financial Supervision and Administration Bureau issued the Letter on Printing and Distributing the Resource Pool List of Listed Reserve Enterprises in Sichuan Province in 2021, and 21 municipal (state) financial bureaus recommended 358 enterprises. After screening, the Sichuan Provincial Local Financial Supervision and Administration Bureau registered 207 listed reserve enterprises for the record and included them in the resource pool of listed reserve enterprises in Sichuan Province.
Huang Jueshu Finance noted that the number of listed reserve enterprises in Chengdu, Mianyang, Yibin, Luzhou and Leshan ranked in the top five, with 77, 33, 22, 15 and 10 enterprises in the warehouse respectively.

Among the 207 listed reserve enterprises in the warehouse, there are a large number of food and beverage enterprises, such as Sichuan Pixian Douban Co., Ltd., Sichuan Baoning Vinegar Co., Ltd., Sichuan Chuanbei Liang powder food culture Co., Ltd., and Sichuan Zhangfei Beef Co., Ltd.
There are some mysteries that have not yet been solved by Pixian Douban Co., Ltd. in Sichuan Province, for example, whether its largest shareholder is Guangdong Jianlibao Group or Chengdu Shudu Sichuan Vegetable Industry Investment and Development Company? Sichuan Baoning Vinegar Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise, established in October 2001, Chen Fusheng holds 96.87% of the shares.
Times Weekly reported in 2010 that in early 2001, the Langzhong government "sent" the Sichuan Baoning Vinegar Company to the Luzhou Laojiao Group, but was not optimistic that the luzhou Laojiao Group of the factory would be transferred to Chen Fusheng, then the sales director of Luzhou Laojiao, for 5.6 million yuan in 2002. In just 10 years, Chen Fusheng increased the sales of Boryeong vinegar from 3 million to 210 million in 2010, with an annual profit of 32 million and a tax of 13 million, and later COFCO was ready to let its Hong Kong listed company China Food (00506.HK) invest 400 million yuan to acquire Sichuan Boryeong Vinegar Company, but Chen Fusheng refused, and the transaction was eventually stranded.
Sichuan Chuanbei Liangfan Food Culture Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise, established in April 2005, Renqisheng holds 74.55% of the shares.
Sichuan Zhangfei Beef Co., Ltd. is also a private enterprise, established in October 2002, Wenping holds 60% of the shares.
It is worth mentioning that Sichuan Baijia Akuan Food Industry Co., Ltd., Sichuan Rice Sweeping Food Group Co., Ltd., Sichuan Dandanpi County Douban Group Co., Ltd., Sichuan Dongliu Mash Co., Ltd. and other enterprises have also entered the Sichuan Provincial Listed Reserve Enterprise Resource Pool.
Huang Jueshu Finance noted that Sichuan now has a total of 154 A-share listed companies, and 17 new listed companies have been added since 2021 alone, which is far ahead in the entire central and western regions. The entry of 207 companies into the warehouse indicates that the number of listed companies in Sichuan is expected to grow explosively in the next few years.
