Chuanbei Liang powder was originally a farmhouse snack, more than 90 years ago, Chuanbei Liang Powder since the late Qing Dynasty, it has been famous for its unique flavor in Bashu, handed down to this day.

[Step 1] Prepare the raw materials
Pea cold powder, salt, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, pepper powder, garlic, green onion, peanut rice, green and red pepper (if you don't like spicy, don't put it)
[Step 2] Production process
1: Wash and cut the strips with cool powder
Mince the garlic into a garlic paste
2: Salt, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, peppercorns and garlic paste into a sauce
3: Pour the mixture over the cold powder
4: Sprinkle with green onion, peanut rice, green and red pepper
