An allusion to the cool powder of northern Sichuan

　　Trace the source, go to the root cause. Northern Sichuan cool powder, founded in the Shu Han Dynasty, flourished in the Ming and Qing dynasties, flourished in the 1950s. The state of etiquette in Sichuan Township, through the hands of 28 generations of people, leads the silk and hangs, makes flour and soup, and has been passed down to this day, during which it has a history of nearly 2,000 years.

　　Legend has it that as early as the Shu Han Dynasty, the Jialing River ferry wharf in Anhan County (present-day Nanchong City), between fishing boats and cargo ships, above the sand dunes and pebbles, there were two cold powder sheds: the greenhouse surnamed Xue, known as Xue Liang Powder; the small shed surnamed Xie, named Xie Liang Powder.
