Recently, the Guangdong Provincial Municipal Supervision Bureau conducted spot checks on 100 batches of quantitative packaging commodities in 16 types such as paint, shower gel and flour, and after inspection, found that 8 batches of products were unqualified, and the detection rate of unqualified products was 8.0%.

8 batches of unqualified products include:

A batch of original nutritional cereal (whole family) produced by Guangdong Huiquan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (production date/batch number: 20190701; marked net content: 510g);

A batch of iron red water-based protective primer (Wuyang) produced by Guangzhou Wuyang Paint (Wengyuan) Co., Ltd. (production date/batch number: 100220191025; marked net content: 0.35 kg);

A batch of salt-baked calves produced by Junan Jia Jia Xiang Food Co., Ltd. (production date/batch number: 2019/06/06; marked net content: 42 g);

A batch of shiitake mushroom stewed chicken noodles (Master Kong brand) produced by Jiangmen Dingyi Food Co., Ltd. (production date/batch number: 20190915; marked net content: noodle cake: 85 grams×5 packs);

A batch of yellow millet (production date/batch number: 20190416; marked net content: 400 g) and a batch of red adzuki beans (production date/batch number: 20190610; marked net content: 400 g) produced by Dongguan Jianong Food Co., Ltd.;

A batch of pressed grade peanut oil (Jinyou brand) produced by Guangdong Jinyou Rice Industry Co., Ltd. (production date/batch number: 2019/08/12; marked net content: 5 liters) and a batch of soil-pressed peanut oil (Jinyou brand) (production date/batch number: 2019/09/11; marked net content: 5 liters).

The 8 batches of unqualified products were sampled this time, and the unqualified items all involved the net content problem. It is understood that the net content labeling of quantitative packaging commodities is essentially related to its labeling location, measurement unit, content, etc., which is an explicit guarantee of the net content of the commodity by the commodity manufacturer, and this labeling is closely related to the interests of consumers and will directly affect the identification of the characteristics of the commodity by consumers. The reasons for the unqualified net content may involve unreasonable equipment equipment, substandard quality of packaging equipment, and lack of experience in measuring and testing the net content of goods.

Master Kong's shiitake mushroom stewed chicken noodles are not qualified

Nandu reporter noted that a batch of Master Kong's shiitake mushroom stewed chicken noodles sold by China Resources Wanjia Life Supermarket was listed due to unqualified net content.

Previously, Master Kong's noodle cakes have been on the black list many times due to sudden "slimming". In 2010, master Kong's sauerkraut beef noodles were exposed to a net content of 5g less than the original, and there was a disguised price increase; in 2011, many of Master Kong's beef noodles were complained that the label information did not match the product information, and its net content was less than the labeled content.

In order to further understand the situation, Nandu reporter called Master Kong's brand side, but as of press time, no reply has been received. According to Tianyan, the nominal manufacturer, Jiangmen Dingyi Food Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Master Kong Instant Noodles Investment (China) Co., Ltd., was punished by the Jiangmen Administration for Industry and Commerce on October 26, 2018 for concealing the true situation of public information.
