Getting married is the most regrettable thing ning Shunhua has in her life.

Redeem and hurt
Three days later, Ning Shunhua, as a family member, received a penalty decision from the police: Chen Dinghua gambled with people twice in November 2016, winning and losing tens of thousands of yuan, being fined 1,500 yuan, and administrative detention for 12 days — she submitted this as evidence to the court, which held that it could not prove that the other party "had gambling habits and repeatedly taught and did not change" and did not accept it.
After receiving the summons, Chen Dinghua called and yelled that she would get a divorce as soon as she quarreled, and then begged her and swore. Ning Shunhua no longer believed it and blacked him out. Chen borrowed someone else's mobile phone to play, and was also blocked.
Chen Dinghua did not want to divorce, "I think it is better for her than for myself": add her name to the real estate deed, send her a ring of 118,000 yuan, give her 300,000 yuan of new house decoration money to her, and give her 380,000 yuan to do business...
After the first indictment, Ning Shunhua left in the judge's car and was stopped by Chen Dinghua. He pulled out a knife and said that he would gamble again, let Ning Shunhua chop off his hand, and let her pay back the money for the business.
Ning Shunhua said that she did not take 380,000 yuan, Chen could not provide evidence, and the court did not accept it; 300,000 yuan of decoration money was spent on 110,000 yuan, and she returned the rest in front of the judge that day.
In the end, the court dismissed the claim on the grounds that "no conclusive and credible evidence was provided to prove that the couple's relationship had broken down". Ning Shunhua was not surprised, she had checked on the Internet, and the chance of first suing for divorce was very small.
This gave Chen Dinghua hope. In order to save Ning Shunhua, he said that he went to Ning's house four times to admit his mistake and was driven out; during the Spring Festival, he was also returned to the door with cigarettes and alcohol, and Ning's father also murdered him, "I am crying again, I feel so wronged." He also wrote 100 pledges to send to villagers, promising rehabilitation.
In the first month of 2017, Ning Shunhua's younger brother got married, and she did not dare to go back in Guangdong. Since then, there has been a rumor in the village that Ning Shunhua cheated and cheated on marriage. Once he went to her with four or five people and squatted for two days in the Luohu district of Shenzhen.
He also pretended to be various identities to find people who knew Ning Shunhua and inquire about her whereabouts. Ning Shunhua's colleagues nearly ten years ago were all turned over by him. He thinks his IQ is OK, and looking for someone "has higher means, can't say."
Chen Dinghua held a large number of photocopied materials in his hand, wanting to prove that Ning Shunhua had "derailed."
When it comes to the trial, it will directly block people. In November 2017, Chen Dinghua took two cars to force Ning Shunhua's car to stop, found that Ning was not in the car, felt that the lawyer was "provoking dissension", he smashed the window glass of the lawyer's car with a wrench, and was detained for 3 days.
Five months later, he snatched Ning Shunhua's ID card and mobile phone at the entrance of the court and tricked her into going to the new house to discuss divorce.
That day, as soon as the two entered the door, he had people lock the door back. Ning Shunhua shouted for help, no one responded, he ran to the bathroom, saw that there was an anti-theft net, there was no place to escape, and he was so angry that he smashed the vase, the gargle cup, and the green plants. The wedding photo on the wall also wanted to smash, Chen Dinghua fiercely smashed her to try, she did not dare, pinched a piece of glass shard in her hand.
That day was Ning Shunhua's 30th birthday. Chen Dinghua asked his friend to buy a cake and two dishes, wished her a happy birthday, ning ignored him, he blew candles, ate cakes, ate vegetables alone, and talked about what he had done to save her while eating.

Villagers asked her if she knew Chen, and she said she didn't know her, begging for help calling the police. Ten minutes later, the police arrived, and she was saved.
It was the one she feared the most, her voice trembling as she recalled it, pinching her neck with her hand. For more than a month after that, she woke up crying in the middle of the night every day.

The evidence submitted by Chen Dinghua includes photos of the two traveling after marriage, his treasured old photos of Ning, photos of the renovation of the new house; letters of commitment, text messages of asking for peace, records of his charging of Ning Shunhua's telephone bill; records of the two opening rooms in the hotel in August 2017; Ning Shunhua texting him, saying "You miss me" and "When the house is decorated, we don't have to separate", etc., most of them are accepted, proving that the two have a good relationship.
Ning Shunhua said that the opening records and text messages provided by Chen Dinghua were forged, he had his own old IDENTITY card, and the opening time was shortly after the two were detained, "I just came out of the detention center, I went to open a room with him, is this reasonable?" But because it could not provide rebuttal evidence, the court accepted it.
Chen Dinghua's statement is that the opening record is true, he tricked Ning Shunhua into agreeing to divorce, Ning only went to the hotel, and finally did not negotiate.
In the end, the court held that after the first refusal to leave, the contradictions between the two were eased and the relationship had not been completely broken, and the appeal was rejected.

Ning Shunhua felt unfair and appealed, but was rejected. She began to look for the Women's Federation, the media, and the county government, the public security bureau, and the procuratorate, but with little success. After the lawyer's car was smashed, the local lawyer was difficult to find, so she carried the judgment and evidence, ran to Shenzhen, Dongguan, Huizhou for consultation, and got a very different statement: the evidence is very sufficient, it depends on how the judge decides.
