Advanced model - Wang Wei
Wang Wei, a full-time member of the Procuratorial Committee of the Changsha Railway Transport Procuratorate, was appointed by the Provincial Procuratorate as the leader of the Hunan Provincial People's Procuratorate's Xinjiang Aid Task Force to lead eight team members to the procuratorial system of Turpan City, Xinjiang, for a one-year period of assistance to Xinjiang. During the work of aiding Xinjiang, Wang Wei regarded aiding Xinjiang as an experience and a harvest, stressing responsibility and taking responsibility, which won the unanimous praise and trust of the leaders and local comrades.
Turpan is the lowest altitude place in the motherland, and it is said that starting from here will definitely surpass the past, and I believe that the same is true for procuratorial work.

According to the organizational arrangements, Wang Wei worked in the Turpan City People's Procuratorate. Turpan City is more than 3300 kilometers away from Changsha, located in the central and eastern part of Xinjiang, in the mountain basin of the eastern Part of Tianshan Mountain, the climate is dry and sunny, the extreme heat in summer can reach 50 degrees Celsius, and the surface temperature can reach 70 or 80 degrees Celsius, which can be seen by the naked eye. With harsh natural conditions, drought and rain-scarce vegetation, desert and Gobi, Toxun County is also a famous "wind outlet", which is one of the origins of sandstorms.
The work of aiding Xinjiang seems to be a one-way support from the dispatched hospital, but in fact, it is a two-way exchange between the procuratorial organs of the two places, which is more of an exercise and sublimation for the members of the Xinjiang aid team.
When I first arrived in Xinjiang, I first faced the test of the harsh environment.
First, the time difference is not adaptable, Xinjiang is two hours worse than the mainland, and the biological clock needs to be readjusted.
The second is the discomfort of water and soil, from the beginning of the humid water town in Jiangnan to the dry desert in the northwest, in just a few days he showed dry throat pain, chapped lips, insomnia and other conditions.
Third, the unsuitability of eating habits, Xinjiang noodles, beef and mutton are the main ones, vegetables and rice are relatively small, and the taste is very different from Hunan.
The fourth is the incompatibility of work, working in an unfamiliar environment, facing the dilemma of unfamiliar personnel, language barriers, and different working methods.
Second, it faces the test of the task of aiding Xinjiang.
The first is the stability of the team. The team members led by Wang Wei carried out temporary assistance work in Turpan City and the four hospitals at the two levels of Gaochang District, Shanshan County and Toxun County under its jurisdiction. In terms of accommodation, some of the two team members live in a suite, some live in a single room in the office of the aided procuratorate, because of the epidemic situation and safety considerations, the scope of activities is generally limited to the office and dormitory, coupled with relatives and friends thousands of miles away, loneliness arises spontaneously, and the discomfort of the environment and habits will inevitably make the team members unstable.
The second is the issue of pressure on xinjiang aid work. How can each member of the Xinjiang Aid Team effectively carry out the work of aiding Xinjiang? How to live up to the instructions of the superior leaders to show the good style of Hunan procuratorate is not only a requirement for each member of the Xinjiang aid team but also their self-expectations, and they immediately felt the invisible pressure as the work unfolded.

In the face of pressure and challenges, Wang Wei has the courage to assume the role of the backbone of the heart, leading the xinjiang aid team to overcome difficulties and work hard.
First, always pay attention to ideological work. To this end, Comrade Wang Wei himself led by example, threw himself wholeheartedly into the work of aiding Xinjiang, and infected and led the team members with his own behavior. In particular, when the team members encounter difficulties and grievances, they cheer up and cheer for them, help them treat them correctly, and ensure that the team members have a good mental outlook and are generally praised by the recipient units.
The second is to strictly manage the contingent of aiding Xinjiang and grasp the instructions and requirements of the superiors to the letter. He began to establish a monthly work summary, out-of-office reports and other systems to ensure accurate control of the thinking and work of the team members, to ensure that the team members abide by discipline and law, do not live up to the trust, do not dishonor the mission.
The third is to find ways to solve and overcome practical difficulties, and exchange the warmth of the organization for the peace of mind of the team members. He promptly reported and asked his superiors to show instructions on the problems existing in the work of aiding Xinjiang, took the initiative to coordinate the docking and communication between the task force and the team members and the recipient units, and while doing a good job in the pacification of the team members, he worked hard to solve the practical difficulties and problems in the life and work of the team members, so that everyone could open their arms to work, and the team members have become the main force that deserves it in their respective posts.
Wang Wei was in charge of the comprehensive business departments such as case management and prosecution and the work of the Sixth Procuratorial Department such as uninspected prosecution in the Turpan Municipal People's Court. He took the improvement of case quality and efficiency as the starting point of work, according to the monthly case management data analysis, supervised the main business of the two levels and four courts, and through targeted analysis and judgment of each court and department, pinpointed the crux of the problem, put forward countermeasures and ideas, so that the quality and efficiency of the cases of the two levels and four courts were steadily improved, and the comprehensive indicators ranked in the forefront of Xinjiang. In response to a complaint case in which the victim was dissatisfied with the procuratorial organ's decision not to prosecute and had been registered in the city for several years, Comrade Wang Wei carefully studied the case facts and, through presiding over a public hearing, made the complainant understand that the problem was in himself and never went to the municipal court to make unreasonable trouble.
Wang Wei attaches great importance to enhancing the attention of various hospitals to the uninspected work, strengthening the sense of responsibility and pride of the uninspected staff, setting up typical examples, promoting backward progress, opening up ideas and teaching methods, leading personnel to enter schools and visit communities, and actively taking the initiative to attack, so that the uninspected work is gradually freed from marginalization and passivity. Taking the issue of the protection of minor orphan girls as a breakthrough, he actively communicated and coordinated with schools, civil affairs departments and public security organs, urged them to find the infringers as soon as possible, and effectively took measures to ensure the healthy growth of minors, and through the follow-up of the case, the protection of minors in the city was gradually and comprehensively carried out.
The procuratorial organs of Hunan Province have been carrying out the work of aiding Xinjiang for more than ten years, and it is believed that in the future, the friendship between the procuratorial organs of the two places will become deeper and deeper, and their respective procuratorial work will surely bloom with more brilliant colors.

To this end, he often reminded the team members to stress politics, abide by the rules, abide by local customs and regulations, and asked the members of the Xinjiang aid team to participate in the stability maintenance duty day and night like the cadres and policemen of the units receiving assistance, so as to make their own contributions to the overall situation of stability. Work, duty, and political study have become the main themes of their lives.
Wang Wei regards Xinjiang as his hometown and the masses of all ethnic groups as his relatives, and actively devotes himself to the cause of aiding Xinjiang with excellent theoretical knowledge and rich work experience, showing the good image of Hunan procuratorate and contributing to the healthy development of the procuratorial cause in Turpan!
