Wang Wei demanded that relevant departments and townships should change their concepts, deal with waste corn straw through agricultural recycling, solve environmental problems caused by straw burning, open up the "last kilometer" of agriculture and waste resource utilization, and realize a new planting mode that integrates the research and development, production and sales of bio-organic fertilizers, crop nutrients, flowers, fruits and vegetables and other products. Township and town cadres should further consolidate their work responsibilities, highlight key points, strengthen control and control, and make full use of the "rural emergency broadcasting-loudspeaker system" to widely publicize the policies and regulations on the prohibition of straw burning and the comprehensive utilization of straw, so as to lead the masses to enhance their ideological consciousness and create a good atmosphere for banning burning. All township streets (districts) should set up a "leading group for the work of banning straw burning", adjust and improve the street and village straw burning ban patrol team, fire fighting team and ten households joint prevention and control system, formulate the "Straw Burning Ban Action Plan", refine the work content, and ensure the implementation of the straw burning ban work. It is necessary to increase the punishment for the burning of straw, severely punish the burning of straw according to law, so that the masses can fully understand the serious harm of burning straw and protect a good natural ecological environment.
