According to Perfect World's announcement, Scopely plans to purchase game-related assets and office equipment such as documents and computers for 34.5 million US dollars (equivalent to about 252 million yuan) of Perfect Space's Chengfeng Studio. As part of the deal, the majority of the studio's staff, including the main core team, will leave the company and set up a new company to work on new games; Scopely will invest in the company and hold a minority stake; Perfect Space has the right to continue to use the underlying assets in accordance with the manner and scope agreed by both parties. In addition, Chengfeng Studio was entrusted with the development of the game "Codename PIE", and the related development expenses were reported in the inventory as contract performance costs in accordance with accounting standards.
