On May 18, the city held a work deployment meeting for plugging leaks and increasing revenue, clearing tax arrears and the 2024 scheduling meeting for the collection of "two insurances" for urban and rural residents, and Zhu Gejian, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and executive vice mayor, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
The meeting emphasized that all relevant departments and townships should be goal-oriented, strengthen normal tax management, take multiple measures to tap potential and increase revenue, and make every effort to promote the implementation of tax arrears settlement; It is necessary to clarify the division of responsibilities, strengthen supervision and inspection, and publicize and explain the "two insurances" collection policy for urban and rural residents in place to ensure the full implementation of the insurance participation task.
At the meeting, it also reported the background of the implementation plan for plugging leakage and increasing revenue, tax arrears and clearing in Mengzi City, as well as the collection of "two insurances" for urban and rural residents in 2024.
