After graduating from university, Liu Tingting worked as a biology teacher at Xingyi No. 4 Middle School, where she also conducted on-the-job postgraduate studies, and after obtaining a master's degree in 2006, she was admitted to the provincial first-class demonstration high school - Guiyang Experimental No. 3 Middle School to teach. It was her teaching experience in Guiyang Experiment Iii that made her feel the gap between regional schools and provincial schools.

"The scientific and technological innovation teaching in Guiyang Experiment Iii has been carried out with great success, but before that, I had never even heard the term 'innovative education' in my teaching, which made me think that the children in qianxian also needed such innovative education." In order to keep the education in her hometown in line with the times, in September 2009, Liu Tingting resolutely left Guiyang, which had superior conditions, and transferred back to Xingyi No. 1 Middle School.

Since then, with the spirit of enterprising exploration, she has made every effort to cultivate students' scientific and technological innovation ability, and has continuously explored the road of teaching and scientific research with the attitude of excellence and tireless learning, leading the development of teaching and scientific research.

"When I first returned to Xingyi No. 1 Middle School to teach, the schools in the state could be described as 'poor and white' in the field of scientific and technological innovation, and students lacked the awareness of scientific and technological innovation, and the ability of scientific and technological innovation could not be talked about." In order to change this situation, Liu Tingting devoted herself to cultivating students' scientific and technological innovation ability, she overcame the difficulties of lack of equipment and simple experimental facilities, and led students through nearly half a year and hundreds of experiments to complete the first project "Research on water quality improvement of Wanfeng Lake", which won the second prize in the "Guizhou Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition" in 2010, breaking the deadlock of no youth science and technology innovation projects in Qianxian Prefecture for six consecutive years.

Subsequently, Liu Tingting continued to guide students to carry out scientific exploration, of which more than 100 students won awards in Guizhou Province, the National Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition and the National Biology League. At the same time, through the establishment of 3 rural famous teacher workstations, the establishment of the national "10,000 people plan" teaching teacher - Liu Tingting workshop, training more than 2,000 rural teachers; the formation of scientific and technological innovation education team, the cultivation of migrant workers' children's innovation ability, etc., more than 5,000 students have been trained, to better promote the development of rural education.

During this period, liu Tingting, through exploration and practice, constructed the vipp teaching method of middle school biology (that is, the participatory visual teaching method), which can enhance students' innovation ability and enthusiasm for learning, and better improve academic performance. It has better solved the problem of biotechnology teaching technology innovation in ethnic minority areas in western China, and won the second prize of the national teaching achievement award and promoted it in Guizhou, Yunnan, Guangxi and other places.

Under the leadership of Liu Tingting, Qianxian Prefecture education has achieved from scratch, from individual cases to groups in the field of scientific and technological innovation, and now has a certain influence in the province and has achieved relatively good results.

Liu Tingting, who has a successful career and combines multiple identities as a party member, teacher and mother, most of her time and energy is focused on developing education and students. Going to the hospital to take care of sick students, helping students quit Internet addiction, out-of-pocket support for students with family difficulties... In her 23-year teaching career, Liu Tingting has served as a class teacher for many years, loves students like children, and never gives up on a student, and students affectionately call her "old class" and "sister Ting".

Liu Tingting, who is bent on developing education in her hometown, has used her personality charm and educational wisdom to set up a sunny and upward education team, promoted the healthy growth of students, faithfully practiced the original mission of a party member teacher, and also received the care, support and cultivation of the talent development service policy in southwest Qianxi.

"After the state party committee and the state government put forward the 'education state' strategy, with the cultivation of the team and the leadership of experts, the teachers have more development platforms and space, and the professional ability has grown rapidly." It was in this environment that I grew from an ordinary teacher to a special teacher, and was also selected as a famous teacher in the national '10,000 people plan'. Liu Tingting said with emotion.

As an educator and as a state management expert, Liu Tingting said that in accordance with the relevant measures of the "Education State" strategy and the spirit of the National Education Conference, she will continue to do a good job in cultivating students' core literacy, so that students can grow into socialist successors and builders with ideals, morality, pursuit and feelings.
