In order to improve the effectiveness of this lecture, in the early stage, Teacher Zeng investigated the following two questions in the form of a questionnaire:

At the lecture, Mr. Zeng gave feedback that the teachers were professional, had good ideas, had many methods, and were highly professional in primary school teaching and educating people. Teachers are good at finding students' shining points, paying attention to the process of students' efforts, finding problems to understand the situation first, and then choosing the corresponding methods... At the same time, it also pointed out the areas where teachers need to adjust, that is, to strengthen the management of behavior at the class level and increase the attention to the whole person at the individual level.

Professor Zeng clarified the theoretical basis for everyone from the two aspects of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and positive psychology theory.

Teacher Zeng pointed out that the problem children are all children who are uneasy. The main reason for children's psychological uneasiness comes from the family and school: among them, the family is the most important source of children's psychological security, and the relationship between husband and wife, parent-child relationship and parental values all have a subtle impact on children.

To solve these problems, we must first stabilize the hearts of students and help students regain their self-esteem. In the process of communicating with students, we must fully listen to the students' complaints, understand their difficulties, and highly evaluate their efforts.

In terms of communication with parents, Teacher Zeng also gave specific operational suggestions. It is recommended that homeroom teachers pay more attention to "what's wrong" and then discuss "what to do"; pay attention to the relationship between parent-child relationship and family members; listening and understanding are the keys to opening the heart; the premise of change is to find advantages; demonstrate scientific family education methods; visit the families of excellent students; and pay equal attention to knowledge and action.

Teacher Zeng suggested that everyone should pay attention to learning and researching the theory and practice of family education, fully tap the energy of parents themselves, do their best, and do what they can.
