Recently, under the leadership of Feng Conglong, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Standing Committee of the Yuhua District People's Congress, the members of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress and the members of the Education, Science, Culture and Health Committee of the District People's Congress inspected the construction of the medical and health service system in Yuhua District. Peng Tingting, deputy head of the district, all members of the team of the District Health Bureau, and the heads of the District Finance Bureau and the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau participated.
The inspection team went to Huangxing Hospital, Yuhua District Health Education Center, and Dongjing Street Community Health Service Center to inspect the construction of the primary medical and health service system, and learn more about the organizational structure, operation mode and characteristics of primary medical institutions.
Subsequently, Yuhua District held a symposium on the construction of the medical and health service system by members of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of the whole district, and the person in charge of the District Health Bureau reported on the primary medical and health work of the district; Peng Tingting expressed her stance on three aspects: building a solid grassroots foundation, strengthening factor guarantees, and revitalizing high-quality resources; Representatives of the Education, Science, Culture and Health Committee of the District People's Congress and some representatives of the Municipal People's Congress put forward relevant suggestions on the introduction of talents and primary medical and health services. At the meeting, Feng Conglong pointed out that it is necessary to be full of people's feelings and shoulder political responsibility; grasp the foundation of the grassroots and comprehensively improve the level; Give full play to the advantages and focus on building a benchmark.
It is understood that Yuhua District has always adhered to the strategic position of giving priority to the development of people's health, and has made every effort to promote the excellent "three fine" services, and has successively been awarded the honors of the National Advanced Zone for Grassroots Traditional Chinese Medicine Work, the National Health Promotion Zone, the National Maternal and Child Health Quality Service Demonstration Zone, the National Demonstration Zone for Comprehensive Prevention and Control of Chronic Diseases, and the National Advanced Unit for Childbirth-Friendly Work, and has created 4 national high-quality service grassroots recommended standard units and 3 community hospitals.
Yuhua District has invested more than 30 million yuan through government investment, social capital support, and self-raising by institutions, and has comprehensively upgraded the external environment, fire protection facilities, instruments and equipment, and information systems of various grassroots medical institutions. We will build a smart medical system in Yuhua District, improve the environmental transformation of residents' health cards, the LIS system of primary medical institutions, the payment between clinics, the public health physical examination system and other modules, further improve the quality of medical services, improve work efficiency, and provide more professional and high-quality medical services for the masses.
Yuhua District has also continued to strengthen the construction of a close-knit urban medical group, with 14 specialty teams from Changsha Central Hospital stationed in 14 grassroots community health service centers (health centers), and 4 technical guidance centers for medical treatment, nursing, pharmaceutical affairs, and chronic disease prevention and treatment to implement homogeneous management, training and guidance for grassroots centers. Yuhua District has also established good cooperative relations with provincial and municipal hospitals such as the First Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Provincial Occupational Defense Hospital, the Municipal Maternal and Child Hospital, and the Ninth Municipal Hospital.
In recent years, Yuhua District has firmly established the service concept of "patient-centered", and has set up 159 family doctor teams and 55 family doctor community studios to provide all-round and life-cycle medical and health services for residents in the district. For key groups such as "one old, one young, one disabled and one pregnant", the family doctor characteristic health service package is customized, and the expert team of the city medical group carries out service activities that pay equal attention to health education, medical prevention integration, and prevention and treatment.
