But the foodies of these sister cities in Guanzhong are secretly competing, one disobeying one. The ratio of cities to cities, counties to counties, and even between townships and towns must be divided.

On the one hand, the culture of lamb steamed buns has blossomed everywhere in Qindi, which is indeed unique, and on the other hand, it is due to nostalgia and pride in hometown.
In Qianxian County, there is such a small town, a crossroads and a street but there were five lamb steamed bun restaurants, and each feature was praised by diners. It is my hometown, Yanghong Town, Qianxian County.
Yanghong Town, Qianxian County

The town of Yanghong got its name from the Sui Emperor (a clan of the Yang clan), and in 617 AD Tang Li Yuan invaded Chang'an, and Yang You, the grandson of the Sui Emperor, was made emperor and Emperor Gong of Sui. Emperor Gong of Sui reigned for half a year, but was deposed by Li Yuan and died of illness the following year. Buried five hundred meters south of The village of Rutai in Yanghong Town, it is for the Zhuang Mausoleum. After the death of Emperor Gong of Sui, Li Yuan gave Fengtian (Qianxian) 400 hectares of land to the descendants of Emperor Gong of Sui to worship their ancestors, and by the tenth generation of Sun Yang Huaishun, his sons had twelve people, so they divided 400 hectares of land and twelve sons. One son and one village, known as "Twelve Yang Village". That is, day Dayang Village, Xiaoyang Village, Yanghan Village, Yangmu Village, Yangshan Village, Yangzhuang Village, Yanglong Village, Yangding Village, Yang'an Village, Yangbo Village, Yanghong Village and one of them cannot be examined.

There are also several more famous villages under the rule of Yanghong Town, one is Haopi Village, and the other is Lumo Village. Haohe Village is actually the prototype of the earliest Qianxian County. Haoqi was the place where the ancient emperors sacrificed to heaven, and later The Duke of Qin Xiao moved the population of Haoqi to Fengtian County, which is today's Qian County.
Lu Mo, formerly known as Liu Mo, is an ancient battlefield. Marquis Changxin had an affair with Empress Zhao, and later defected and was hunted down and killed by Qin Shi Huang and died in Liumo. Later, in the Han Dynasty, Liu Bang enfeoffed Lu Jia as a vassal of Lu Jia, and Liu Mo, as a fief of Lu Jia, changed his name to Lu (Yin Tong Liu) Mo.

At the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, Wu Shu and Wei stood on three legs, and Wu Guo Yixing (present-day Yixing, Jiangsu) had a man named Zhou Chu, who did not follow the right path when Zhou Was young. The local people refer to the Nanshan Tiger, the West Sea Evil Jiao and the Surrounding Area as the "Three Pests". Later, when he heard about the three evils, he realized that he was hated by others and repented. He personally went up the mountain to kill the tiger, went down to the sea to destroy the evil dragon, and since then he has changed his ways to become a good person. Later, Zhou Chu was given the title of General of Zhenxi, and was ordered to conquer the Qiang people in the west, decisively fight Lu Mo and die here.

Today's Yanghong is well known because of its geographical location, whether it is the Chi Dao of the Qin Shi Huang period or the Silk Road of the Han and Tang Dynasties or the modern Xilan Road (312 National Highway) is passed through Yanghong, and it is adjacent to Chengguan Town (county seat) in the west by DayangTong Xue Luma lian to Xingping, east of Lingyuan Tongliquan Xianyang to Xi'an, and north of Fengyang Zhuwill across the river. It is an important site for the rest and diet of merchants and travelers, which is precisely because of this location advantage, the catering industry in Yanghong Town is also very prosperous.

The first is the Fenggu Hotel located in the northwest corner of Yanghong Cross, the Fenggu Hotel is a joint venture between Qianxian Yanghong Supply and Marketing Cooperative and Liquan Mamingyi Restaurant, because it is jointly established by the two counties, so the name also comes from the ancient name of Qianxian and Liquan. Qianxian county was historically called Fengtian County, Liquan was historically called Gukou County, and the name of Fenggu Hotel was made up of a word from each of the two counties, and it also had the meaning of "offering five grains" for diners. At that time, the chefs in the hotel were all the top chefs called Qianli and Li, and the general manager of the Fenggu Hotel at that time was Chang Yuanhui. Fenggu Hotel's lamb steamed bun also combines the characteristics of Qianli and Lili, and the soup fresh from the Liquan basin plus the Qianxian pot helmet and the Qianxian eating method are endless.

Across the road from the Fenggu Hotel is another treasure restaurant: Yanghong Drunken Immortal Building, the owner Ren Lixing. In 1988, the Zuixian Lou Hotel was opened in the southwest corner of Yanghong Cross, and the steamed buns and dishes in the Zuixian Lou were very good. At that time, the official banquets of some units in the county town were in the Zuixian Building. Coincidentally, what impressed me most about Drunken Xianlou was the coconut-style drink and a plate of cucumber strips dipped in sesame sauce with adults when I was a child, which I can't forget now.

In addition to the two large restaurants above, there are three individual small restaurants that should not be underestimated.
The first to bear the brunt is the Liu Er Hotel, people who like Liu Erjia's lamb steamed buns are slightly heavier. His family's lamb steamed bun meat soup has a heavy taste. In the past, people criticized that the dining environment was not very good, and now after the store moved from Ludong to Luxi, the health has been greatly improved, and diners are endless.

The second is the old Xijia lamb steamed bun, the old Xijia steamed steamed meat rotten soup fresh taste is slightly lighter than Liu Er, in his home to eat most of the old customers for decades, a person eating a taste is actually difficult to change.

From the 1990s to the beginning of the millennium, it was the highlight of Yanghong Town's cuisine, especially the lamb steamed buns, when the merchants and truck drivers who traveled along the 312 National Highway, xue lumalian Yanghan and Yangjinqian county students, people who climbed the ditch in Zhulu Town, and many people in the surrounding Liquan Xingping Wugongbin County Changwu County had eaten or heard of Yanghong Town's lamb steamed buns.

Later, the Fenggu Hotel closed, and the Zuixian Building moved to the south of the Xianyang No. 2 Bridge in 2006, and the lamb steamed buns in Yanghong Town today are supported by Liu Er and the Fenggu Hotel (newly opened). The 90s spectacle of a hundred flowers blooming gods and immortals fighting is gone.
The Drunken Xian Lou Hotel, which went out from Yanghong, has laid its own piece of the sky in Xianyang with the characteristics of Qianxian steamed buns, and conquered a batch of Xianyang people with the taste of Qianxian County.

In Qianxian County, lamb steamed buns actually have a special purpose: social and financial. When Qianxian people ask the price of bubble steamed buns, they always like to ask: How much does a brand cost? Outsiders are very confused, what is the brand?
Brand, also known as lamb brand, Qianxian area of the lamb steamed bun restaurant used to cut the cardboard of the cigarette box into a piece of paper slightly smaller than the two-inch photo, stamped with the official seal of their own store and then signed by the boss himself, which can be used as a voucher for the consumption of the store, a brand is a lamb steamed bun. Similar to today's shopping card membership card, it is only a single use. In the 90s, the unit issued welfare, and relatives and friends would give away lamb brands after helping each other, which is a unique culture in Qianxian County.
