Huanrui Century owes nearly 10 million taxes, artists have run away one after another, and four years of financial fraud have been punished by the SECURITIES Regulatory Commission

On February 10, according to the enterprise investigation App, Huanrui Century United Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huanrui Century") added a new tax arrears announcement, the amount exceeded 9.77 million, the tax arrears were value-added tax, and the issuing unit was the State Administration of Taxation Chongqing Fuling District Taxation Bureau.

"Finance and Economics" Weekly found that in the 2022 Spring Festival movies in the Year of the Tiger, "The Water gate Bridge of Chosin Lake", which ranked first at the box office, and "Bear Haunting, Return to the Earth", which ranked fourth, have appeared in the figure of Huanrui Century.

On February 8, Huanrui Century issued an announcement that as of 24:00 on February 6, 2022, the operating income (box office revenue) from "Bear Haunting and Return to Earth" was about 7.5 million yuan. As for how much operating income "Chosin Lake's Shuimen Bridge" brings to Huanrui Century, the company has not yet disclosed.

On January 28, the last trading day before the Spring Festival, Huanrui Century announced the company's performance forecast for 2021. According to the announcement, Huanrui Century is expected to achieve operating income of 470 million yuan in 2021, an increase of 154.14% year-on-year, and recorded a net profit of 110 million yuan, a significant reduction of 85.98% over the same period last year.

The predecessor of Huanrui Century, Sanhe Film and Television in Zhejiang, was registered and established in 2006. In 2011, it was renamed Huanrui and increased its capital. In 2016, Huanrui was listed on A shares through a backdoor listing. It once had many first-line stars such as Yang Yang, Yang Mi, Yang Zi, etc., but these artists have chosen to leave one after another.
