
Stuffed meat with oil gluten
ingredient:
Beef filling 250g, pork filling 200g, chicken thigh filling 150g, oil gluten 1 packet, ginger 25g, salt 5g, sugar 3g, rice wine 20g, soy sauce 15g, pepper 2g, allspice powder 2g, pepper water 150g
steps:
1. Remove the bones and skin of the chicken thighs and chop them into a meat filling.
2. Put the chicken filling, pork filling and beef filling all in the pot.
3. Add all seasonings and mix well.
4. Add 150 grams of pepper water in multiple times, stir until thoroughly absorbed and then the next time.
5. Stir thoroughly until strong.
6. Oil gluten with chopsticks to pound a hole to shake the inside empty.
7. Stuff the minced meat.
8. Seal with dry starch.
9. Sauté the chives and ginger in a little oil in a pan, then add the rock sugar.
10. Add the appropriate amount of braised soy sauce and heat the water.
11. Add the brewed oil gluten. Bring to a boil over high heat.
12. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, then collect the juice on high heat.
Tips:
1, I used three kinds of meat stuffing mixed, you can also choose one of your own preferences.
2, I put less sugar, = if you like the southern taste, you can put more sugar.
