May this year is the fourth Civil Code Publicity Month in mainland China. In order to effectively strengthen the cultivation of "people who understand the law" in the city, and promote the role of "people who understand the law" in the construction of rural areas under the rule of law and grassroots social governance, on May 11, the Longyan Municipal Bureau of Justice organized a live broadcast of "listening to model workers to talk about the law and brighten a better life".
The live broadcast course invited Luo Wei, a "model worker in Fujian Province" and a partner of Fujian Jinlei Law Firm, to give a special lecture on the Civil Code. The city's village (resident) legal counsel, legal experts, "dandelion" law popularization volunteers and grassroots people participated in the training through the live broadcast channel link of the "Longyan Law Popularization" WeChat public account, and participated in the training synchronously through mobile phones, tablets and other mobile terminals, and the number of viewers exceeded 100,000.
The theme of the live broadcast was "Listening to Model Workers Speak on the 'Classics' to Brighten a Better Life". Lawyer Luo Wei has used "cases to explain the law" to help people who understand the law to be familiar with and master legal knowledge through vivid cases, and guide people who understand the law to highlight key points and carry out legal publicity and education with precise drip irrigation, so as to continuously guide the masses to enhance their legal awareness.

The teachers also interacted with the teachers on issues such as professional lenders, property management, bidding, animal breeding, rural housing construction, marriage, and inheritance.
Longyan City will continue to strengthen the training of the legal popularization team, implement the action of "1 village (resident) legal adviser + N people who understand the law", and carry out the normalized training of "people who understand the law" in a combination of online and offline methods, improve the quality of the legal popularization team, create a stronger atmosphere of rule of law, and continue to accumulate work strength to promote the "Eighth Five-Year Plan" law popularization.
