Ingredients: 1/2 yam root, 1 tbsp milk, 3 tbsp glutinous rice flour, 5 red dates, 1 bowl of sake brew, 1/2 bowl of corn starch liquid, appropriate amount of goji berries, appropriate amount of sugar
