On April 11, the 2024 Zhumadian City "Healthy Day in the Middle, Great Doctors Give Love" Rural Revitalization Volunteer Service Activity and "Patriotic Health Month" Theme Activity was carried out in Liuzhuang Community, Sanlihe Street, Queshan County, through a series of volunteer activities such as popular science, free clinics, and health lectures, to popularize health knowledge and advocate a healthy lifestyle to the masses.

After receiving the free clinic, Uncle Zhang of Liuzhuang Community said that this large-scale public welfare activity is really convenient for their grassroots people to see a doctor. At the scene of the free clinic, in front of the diagnosis and treatment table of the Central Hospital and the People's Hospital of Queshan County, many people took medical records and test sheets to consult experts. The experts patiently and meticulously carried out diagnosis and treatment for the masses, and put forward a reasonable treatment plan, delivering a "healthy meal" to the local people.
It is reported that the event was hosted by the Municipal Health and Sports Commission, and undertaken by the Central Hospital, the Health and Sports Commission of Queshan County, the Liuzhuang Community of Sanlihe Street, and the Central School of Sanlihe Street, Queshan County. At the event site, the Municipal Health and Sports Commission donated 100 schoolbags, 100 sets of fresh-keeping boxes, 100 skipping ropes, 50 sports T-shirts, 10 basketballs, and 200 copies of the "Regulations on the Promotion of Civilized Behavior in Henan Province" to the Central School of Sanlihe Street, Queshan County.
In the classroom of Sanlihe Street Central School, a health knowledge lecture specially designed for parents and children is in full swing. "Who can tell me what health is", "health is not sick on the body", "can play with friends", in the entertaining dialogue, experts from the central hospital through a large number of vivid examples, easy-to-understand explanations, so that parents and children have a new understanding of food safety, their own health, enhance their own health awareness, this popular science "feast" has been well received by everyone.
Strengthening the construction of grassroots health education positions and teams is one of the goals of this activity. Wearing red vests, the volunteers of the committee added a warm background to the community. They shuttled through the crowd, closely centering on the people's thirst for medical science knowledge, passing on scientific, practical and healthy medical science knowledge to the masses, and conveying new concepts, new knowledge and new methods for diagnosing and treating diseases.
This activity delivered high-quality medical resources and health knowledge to the people's "doorstep", so that the masses consciously changed their thinking, changed customs, developed a healthy and civilized lifestyle, and truly improved their awareness of health knowledge and health literacy.
