During the event, 9 representatives of outstanding talents in various industries such as enterprise management, innovation and entrepreneurship, youth science and technology, and technical skills won the talent trophy. The leaders of the relevant districts issued cash checks to the talents who received the policy support of the city and district. Ji Yingcun, chairman of Jingwei Hengrun, told the entrepreneurial story of the common growth and development of enterprises and Xiqing under the coordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, and Duan Fajie, the founder of Shance Technology, expressed his feelings of winning the award with Xiqing.
