The content of this class is rope skipping. Rope skipping as one of the physical education examination items of the high school entrance examination, in order to enhance the interest of the course, Mr. Li Liang through a variety of forms of activities, leading students to warm up and quickly enter the learning state, and then Mr. Li led students to learn rope skipping movements, from jumping with feet to shaking the rope with both hands, and finally to complete the action practice, the practice content from easy to difficult, from slow to fast, the practice process is gradual. The essentials of the movements were explained clearly, the movements were demonstrated, the atmosphere of the whole class was active, and the students completed the learning content in a pleasant atmosphere.
After class, the teachers who participated in the observation discussed the teaching content, teaching design and classroom organization of the seminar. The main teacher, Mr. Zeng Yongjun, fully affirmed the teaching effect of Mr. Li Liang's seminar, and at the same time, other teachers also put forward several guiding suggestions for Mr. Li's class.
