On March 23rd, the "Zhijiang Concentric Public Welfare Lights Up the Countryside" and the Dragon Parade of Healthy Red and Independent Designers in Zhejiang were launched in Longyou County, Quzhou City. Wang Liyue, Deputy Director of the United Front Work Department of the Provincial Party Committee, Zhang Chaoxiong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Quzhou Municipal Party Committee and Minister of the United Front Work Department, Ruan Jianyun, Vice President of the Provincial Knowledge Federation and Deputy Director of the Tea Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Fang Huan, Executive Deputy Director of the United Front Work Department of the Quzhou Municipal Party Committee, Li Zhiwei, Deputy Secretary of the Longyou County Party Committee and County Magistrate, as well as the Non-Party Intellectuals Department of the United Front Work Department of the Provincial Party Committee, expert representatives of major hospitals at the provincial level, specially invited experts of the Provincial Knowledge Federation, and responsible persons of relevant parties in Quzhou and Longyou attended the event.
"Zhijiang Concentric, Public Welfare Lights Up the Countryside" is a series of brand activities launched by the United Front to help rural revitalization and promote common prosperity. The event includes two sub-activities, namely Zhejiang Health Red and Independent Designer Dragon Parade, which aims to serve the people in mountainous areas with public welfare diagnosis and treatment, empower rural revitalization with art and design, and help Longyou develop with high quality. The medical assistance activities represented by "Zhijiang Tongxin, Zhejiang Healthy Red" have contributed to Longyou's efficient link to high-quality medical resources and the realization of the beautiful vision of "not going out to see famous doctors", and the personal guidance of designers and experts has brought more inspiration and vitality to the improvement of rural landscape, business implantation, and cultural and tourism integration.

The experts of the free clinic and the doctors who are in contact with each other establish a long-term guidance relationship through the on-site guidance of the free clinic, so as to help improve the professional ability of doctors in Longyou County People's Hospital and improve the level of medical technology.
Jiang Zhihua, Secretary of the Party Committee of Hangzhou Children's Hospital, and Qian Yan, Secretary of the Party Committee of Longyou County People's Hospital, signed an agreement on the party building and co-construction of children's health in Zhejiang, and carried out the unveiling ceremony of the "Children's Health Red Station", focusing on building a new pattern of party building in city and county hospitals.

The Provincial Knowledge Federation specially invited design experts to visit the "Yanshiguang Art Ecological Corridor" and approached outdoor art installations such as the Yanshi Museum, the Bridge of Time, the Sluice Museum, and the Concept Bookstore.
After the on-site visit, the design experts went to the Longyou Construction and Management Center to hold an exchange and discussion on the theme of art empowering the countryside, and jointly make suggestions for the new future of urban and rural areas.
