At each household, the assessment experts will carefully review the medical records, inquire about the condition, and determine the disability level according to the actual physical condition of the person concerned against the physical disability standards to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the disability certificate. At the same time, the assessment service team also explained the conditions and functions of the disability certificate and the current preferential policies for the disabled that the disabled group is concerned about, so as to ensure that the national policies and benefits are better implemented for the disabled.

The door-to-door disability certificate service activities have been fully affirmed by the disabled and their families.
In this door-to-door disability certificate service activity, a total of 8 disabled people who meet the disability assessment standards have applied for disability certificates, and 1 disabled person has replaced his disability certificate, effectively solving the problem of "difficulty in obtaining certificates" for disabled people.
