On March 21, sponsored by the International Vocational Education Committee of the Provincial China Vocational Education Society, and undertaken by Ningbo Xingzhi Secondary Vocational School and AICC International Education Center, the finals of the "Sound in the Ear" Scenario Dubbing Contest were successfully held in Ningbo Xingzhi Secondary Vocational School. The competition aims to promote the excellent traditional Chinese culture and improve students' humanistic quality, family and country feelings and cross-cultural ability by telling Chinese stories in foreign languages. There are four groups: Secondary Vocational English, Secondary Vocational Korean, Secondary Vocational Japanese, and Vocational English, which are divided into two stages: preliminaries and finals. In the finals, each team is required to conduct on-site dubbing of selected animations, film and television dramas, commercials and documentaries, etc., which not only examines the contestants' language imitation and adaptability, but also tests their mastery of foreign languages and psychological quality.

After fierce competition, a total of 147 players from 21 schools (35 teams) in the province entered the finals. In the end, 1 team of special prizes, 2 teams of first prizes, 3 teams of second prizes, 4 teams of third prizes, and 6 teams of excellence awards were selected in the secondary vocational English group, 1 team of special prizes, 2 teams of first prizes, 3 teams of second prizes, 4 teams of third prizes, 4 teams of excellence awards in the secondary vocational Korean group, 2 teams of first prizes in the secondary vocational Japanese group, 1 team of the first prize, 1 team of the second prize, 1 team of the third prize of the higher vocational English group, 1 team of the best original voice award, 1 team of the best team award, and 2 teams of the strongest mentor award of the middle and higher vocational English group.
