　　Since the beginning of March, the city's water conservancy departments at all levels have carried out a pre-flood safety inspection of water conservancy projects that lasted more than a month in the city in accordance with the principle of "division of powers and hierarchical responsibility", with a total of more than 1,600 people (times) participating in the inspection, mainly for small (two) reservoirs, embankments, irrigation channels, Diversion sluice dams, etc., a total of more than 1,200 water conservancy projects were inspected, a total of 61 dangerous reservoirs with potential safety hazards, 43 dangerous sluices and some other water conservancy projects, April 1 ~ April 15, the Municipal Water Conservancy Bureau organized 4 inspection teams, divided into counties (cities, districts) to conduct spot checks, the inspection team in accordance with the method of combining on-site inspection and access to information, focusing on the safety status of the project and flood prevention and preparedness is sufficient, the implementation of flood prevention plans, etc., so that the pre-flood safety inspection work of water conservancy projects can be carried out in an orderly manner.

　　(5) Pay close attention to the preparation and approval of flood relief plans for hydropower projects under construction and reservoir operation scheduling plans. At present, the approval or preliminary review and submission of the flood plan of the hydropower project under construction has been completed (the provincial department has all approved it). The flood season scheduling plan of five medium-sized reservoirs in Jinhan, Nanxi, Xixi, Qinglan and Mazhupo has also been reported and approved by our bureau, and the dispatching and application plan of other small reservoirs has been approved by the county (city, district) and reported to the local flood control department for the record. In order to do a good job in the flood control and dispatching of the Hongkou Power Station and the Huotongxi River Basin reservoir this year, under the guidance of the Provincial Prevention Office, we have organized the demonstration and review of the safe discharge of the Hongkou Reservoir, which provides a scientific data basis for the formulation of the flood limit water level of the Hongkou Power Station and the approval of the reservoir's flood season dispatching and application plan. On July 10, the Municipal Prevention Office took the lead in convening a coordination meeting for the dispatch of reservoirs in the Huotong River Basin to make full preparations for flood control dispatch and safe flood control this year.

On the basis of organizing hydropower experts to go deep into the site of some power station dams to investigate potential safety hazards, our bureau has carried out dam safety evaluation and appraisal work.
