On May 6, Changan Automobile launched the "Attack on the Blue Whale - Blue Whale iDD Hardcore Challenge Whale Flying Sky" Challenge, which is the first stop of the Blue Whale iDD Hardcore Challenge series, aiming to pass unprecedented rigorous tests and fully demonstrate the hard core strength of the Blue Whale iDD hybrid system for consumers.

Speaking of Blue Whale iDD hybrid system, it belongs to one of changan automobile's many innovative technological achievements, which is based on the established path of blue whale power to fully embrace electrification, and the hybrid system developed by more than 500 engineers of Changan Automobile's Chongqing R&D center and European R&D center over a period of 6 years.

To put it simply, Blue Whale iDD represents the global (global is the "full speed domain, full field, full temperature domain, full time domain") intelligent oil-electric dual-drive system, so that high-performance blue whale engine, high-efficiency blue whale electric drive transmission, super capacity PHEV battery and intelligent control system can be organically integrated, can achieve intelligent oil-electric dual drive, and can be applied to all models of A-class-C class.
