In the first two issues, we have tested the automatic parking function of Model 3 and Xiaopeng P7, and some netizens have proposed that we hope that we will test the joint venture electric vehicle. No problem, in this issue, we have selected the freshly baked Dongfeng Honda e:NS1 for actual measurement.
e:NS1 is Honda's first Honda-labeled pure electric vehicle, from Honda's new e:N Architecture F pure electric front-drive platform, equipped with honda SENSING, Honda CONNECT 3.0 pure electric vehicle special version and intelligent digital cockpit as one of the full-stack intelligent control ecosystem, its level of intelligence represents the highest level of the current joint venture. The automatic parking tested in this issue is one of Honda SENSING's many driver assistance features.
It sounds great, but frankly, I sweated for the car when I got it, especially worried that it wouldn't be able to complete the side parking. Because the Model 3 tested earlier could not find a side parking space at all.
But the result was unexpected, eNS1 not only successfully completed vertical parking like the old driver, but also finally passed the test of side parking. As for the process, please watch the video.
