The stress test includes personnel support, supply chain support, logistics support, closed production management and epidemic prevention measures, and will fully verify the conditions for resuming work and production.

The reporter learned that in order to ensure the health and safety of employees in the closed-loop production environment, saicel's Lingang base formulated a series of plans such as epidemic prevention and control, health screening, closed-loop management, preparation and security and emergency plan before testing. At present, 8 professional teams, including safety, emergency response, logistics, and disinfection, have been set up to fully implement epidemic prevention and control measures.

In addition to the basic logistical support, SAIC Lingang Base also regards epidemic prevention and killing as the top priority of its work, not only for the employees themselves, but also for the production area, material area and living area, and strict grid management.

For the next production plan, the relevant person in charge of saicel's Lingang base said: "Starting this Tuesday (April 19), the factory will plan to adopt a single-shift work system, if the supply chain can remain stable, it is also hoped to gradually climb the slope and return to the pre-epidemic scheduling system as soon as possible." For the supply chain and logistics guarantee that are very challenging to resume work and production, SAIC Motor has now surveyed nearly 400 suppliers and conducted a comprehensive survey of supplier capacity, inventory, raw materials, etc.

At noon on the 18th, the first freight car drove out of Jiading Anting Transit Station, verified the identity information, pass and nucleic acid testing at the highway crossing, and arrived at the Hangzhou Transit Station at 14:00 under the guidance of the traffic police, entered the station to kill, load and antigenic nucleic acid double inspection, and returned to the Anting Transit Station again at 17:00 for non-contact unloading, and successfully completed the first freight handover task under the premise of meeting the requirements of epidemic prevention and control.

The reporter learned that the transfer station will promote the circulation of important interprovincial production materials into the station, open up the freight "blood vessels" in the Yangtze River Delta region, and realize the cross-regional interconnection of industrial chain supply chain materials. The first batch of 6 transit stations (4 have been built), including 2 in Shanghai, located in Jiading District and Minhang District, 2 in Zhejiang, respectively in Hangzhou City and Ningbo City, and 2 in Jiangsu Province.

It is reported that the Yangtze River Delta important material emergency supply transfer station will implement closed-loop management and "no contact" delivery throughout the process, each station covers an area of about 5,000 square meters, can guarantee the transit demand of 30 vehicles of more than 20 tons per day, eliminate the risk of epidemic transmission through the way of cargo transfer, ensure the smooth transportation of materials, and effectively help the stable operation of the regional industrial chain supply chain.
