Since last year, more and more independent brands have begun to independently develop hybrid technology, and this year, with the listing of new hybrid models, the hybrid market competition has become fierce. For hybrid models, low fuel consumption is a consensus that everyone has long formed, and the main point of disagreement and controversy lies in the power performance of hybrid vehicles, and now after the emergence of various new technologies, I don't know whether it can bring essential improvement to the power performance of hybrid models.
To this end, we found three hybrid models that represent different stages and different technical routes, namely Honda CR-V Sharp Hybrid, BYD Tang DM-i and Changan UNI-K iDD, to see which of these three cars performed better in power.
This time, we will compete in three projects, namely 0-100km/h linear acceleration test under full power, 0-100km/h rapid acceleration test and 100-0km/h deceleration brake stop test.
Judging from the final test results, Changan UNI-K iDD has achieved the first result in the three tests, with a linear acceleration time of 0-100km/h of 7.8 seconds, a 0-100km/h power acceleration of 7.8 seconds, and a braking distance of 100-0km/h of 40.4 meters. The results of the three tests of BYD Tang DM-i were 8.3 seconds, 8.4 seconds and 41.6 meters, respectively. Honda's CR-V Sharp Hybrid finished at 9.1 seconds, 9.3 seconds and 41.1 meters.
Today's three hybrids represent the classic Japanese HEV, the best-selling self-owned brand PHEV and the new members of the PHEV with the most cutting-edge technology. From the perspective of the complexity and advanced degree of technology, CR-V hybrid to Tang DM-i to UNI-K iDD is gradually increasing. From today's test results, it is not difficult to see that Changan UNI-K iDD with the most advanced hybrid technology and excellent performance of the Blue Whale engine has an excellent performance in various tests and actual driving experience, in the comparison, we also see that Chinese hybrid technology has surpassed Japanese hybrid in some dimensions, and from Tang DM-i to UNI-K iDD, we also see the pace of continuous progress and innovation of Chinese hybrid.
