On April 15, Ziyoujia Automobile released the core information of the first product, Self-Youjia NV endurance, power and safety.
In order to meet the user's daily commuting and long/short outdoor travel, based on the GEMINI twin power module system, the pure electric version of the CLTC working range of the pure electric version of the model 550km; the extended range of the WLTC model 939km (CLTC working mileage of more than 1257km).
GEMINI twin power module system
In the mode of using pure electric drive, the battery life can reach 150km, with fast charging and home charging, which is more convenient for daily commuting in the city. In the long-distance driving scenario, the extended range power generation system can convert fuel into electric energy, providing a cruising range of 789km, compatible with No. 92 gasoline, and can experience convenient energy replenishment.
The self-touring NV series is equipped with iAWD intelligent dual-motor four-wheel drive system as standard, which supports 7 driving modes such as sports, off-road, catapult, and slippery road. The motor is a high-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor, of which the maximum output power of the extended range model is 270kW and the maximum torque is 526N·m; the maximum output power of the pure electric version is 280kW and the maximum torque is 452N·m. All models accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h to 5.9s.
As a new energy vehicle, Self-Traveling NV pursues a higher energy efficiency ratio. The self-Touring NV extended range version adopts the industry-leading 1.5T four-cylinder five-in-one high-efficiency range extender, the energy efficiency star certified thermal efficiency of 41.07%, the front motor power of 130kW, the use of advanced oil cooling technology, can actively cool the motor temperature, the rear motor power of 140kW, the power density ratio exceeds the previous generation of motors by 30%, reaching the industry-leading 2.36kW/kg. The self-Touring NV pure electric version is equipped with heat pump air conditioning, which can reduce energy consumption by up to 60% compared with traditional PTC air conditioners.
In terms of battery safety, The NV adopts a composite protection strategy of high-performance materials to effectively prevent collisions, bottoms and sharp object punctures from causing damage to the battery compartment. The battery module is completely covered by ceramic silicone rubber, and the cells are filled with aerosol material to protect the cells from smoke and fire when impacted, while the aerosol and silicon foam also provide a sealing effect for the battery compartment, and the overall battery compartment waterproof level reaches IP67.
Making the car a safe and free moving space is the direction that Youjia Automobile has been striving for. Self-Touring NV adopts high-strength steel and aluminum hybrid body, and the high-performance materials used in the vehicle exceed 80.1%, of which ultra-high-strength materials with tensile strength of up to 1500-2000MPa account for 35%. Built in accordance with the 2021 edition of the C-NCAP five-star standard, the Self-Youjia NV is developed with the highest standard of the G level of security and meets the highest functional safety level of ASIL-D.
