The new car adopts a high-strength steel and aluminum hybrid body, and more than 80.1% of the high-performance materials are used in the whole vehicle, and the ultra-high-strength materials account for 35%.
Among them, the extended range version of the model uses pure electric drive mode, the cruising range can reach 150km, and supports fast charging mode. The extended-range power generation system converts fuel into electricity, provides a cruising range of 789km, and is compatible with No. 92 gasoline.
The extended-range model is equipped with a 1.5T four-cylinder range extender, which has a thermal efficiency of 41.07%. In terms of motors, the front drive motor has a maximum power of 130kW, and the oil-cooled technology used can actively cool the motor temperature, and the maximum power of the rear motor is 140kW. The self-touring NV pure electric version model is also equipped with heat pump air conditioning, which can reduce energy consumption by 60% compared with traditional PTC air conditioning.
In terms of batteries, the Self-Traveling NV adopts a composite protection strategy of high-performance materials to effectively prevent collisions, bottoms and punctures of sharp objects from causing damage to the battery compartment. The battery module is completely covered by ceramic silicone rubber, and the cells are filled with aerosol material to protect the cells from smoke and fire when impacted, while the aerosol and silicon foam also provide a sealing effect for the battery compartment, and the overall battery compartment waterproof level reaches IP67.
We also know from the previously exposed configuration that the new car will be equipped with seat massage/ventilation/heating, co-driver queen seat, multi-dimensional sound system, variable atmosphere lights, double laminated glass, 20-inch large wheels, 220V external discharge, active grille and other configurations. In addition, the self-touring NV will also be equipped with ACC adaptive cruise, LKA lane keeping, automatic parking and other driver assistance functions as standard. The new car is positioned as a luxury mid-sized urban exploration SUV, which is expected to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2022.
