Abstract: Recently, Self-Touring Car has successively announced the auxiliary driving configuration of the first model self-Touring NV. The new cars will be equipped with Horizon Journey 2 and Journey 5 chips to achieve continuous evolution of assisted driving functions. As two new technology enterprises, Horizon has reached in-depth cooperation with Ziyoujia Automobile and efficiently promoted mass production. Ziyoujia Automobile is one of the first batch of fixed-point car companies of Zhengcheng 5, and Ziyoujia NV has become the first batch of models officially announced to carry Zhengcheng 5. In the future, more self-touring models will be equipped with Horizon Journey 5 chips.

The self-touring NV series to be launched this year comes standard with AAD (Advanced Assistant Driving) and has L2+ assisted driving capabilities. The system adopts horizon journey 2 chip and Horizon Matrix Monocular visual perception scheme, in addition to being able to complete the work under standard road conditions, it can also achieve "scene-specific optimization" based on Chinese road scenes, such as the identification of complex lane lines/construction areas, and the identification of Chinese characteristic vehicles such as two-wheelers, scooters, and tricycles.
On this basis, from the third quarter of 2023, the self-touring NV will support the full range of hardware payment upgrades to a higher-level self-touring SuperDrive AAD to achieve L2++ assisted driving capabilities. The upgraded AAD will be equipped with a supercomputing platform based on Dual Journey 5, with an AI computing power of up to 256 TOPS, achieving a performance improvement of more than 64 times, supporting a super-perception system with 12 ultra-high-definition cameras and 5 millimeter-wave radars, ensuring the redundancy of computing power required for exponentially growing complex computing tasks, and meeting the user's more extreme personalized driving experience.
As the third generation of Horizon's vehicle-grade products, Journey 5 combines large computing power and high performance, using a new generation of dual-core BPU and eight-core CPU cluster, and a single-chip computing power of up to 128 TOPS. With a forward-looking combination of soft and hard design concept, in dealing with the key tasks of autonomous driving, the real AI performance of Journey 5 is better than that of the top international players. Based on Horizon's industry-leading real AI performance and algorithm capabilities, the hardware-upgraded Self-Traveling NV can support functions such as urban NOA, high-speed NOA, and more scenarios such as fully automatic parking.
Up to now, the shipment volume of Horizon Journey chip has exceeded 1 million pieces, and more than 50 car companies have signed pre-assembly mass production projects with 20+ car companies. With the improvement of the demand for large computing power and high performance of smart cars, Journey 5 will help the mass production of high-level autonomous driving. At present, Zhengcheng 5 has won the mass production point of a number of car companies, covering China's mainstream traditional car companies and new car manufacturing forces. In addition to the self-touring NV, a number of Zhengcheng 5 fixed-point models will be announced one after another during the year, accelerating the promotion of domestic large-scale AI chips to lead the automotive front-loading mass production market.
