After paying the deposit and signing the car purchase contract, Mr. Xiaopeng P7 car supervisor in Hangzhou was told that he could not pick up the car because the loan plan did not pass when the car pick-up date approached, and either increased the down payment ratio to 50%, or found other banks to handle it himself.
It took two days to complete the formalities again, and on the day of picking up the car, it was found that the vehicle seat belt prompt light was faulty, and after repairing the seat belt warning light failure, there was another airbag failure. Frightened Xiaopeng Automobile officials hurried to issue a statement: saying that the store held activities with feudal superstition without authorization, which ran counter to Xiaopeng Automobile's corporate philosophy of "natural intelligence and exploration", which affected public order and good customs. The store will be ordered to immediately close for rectification and remove from the official website.
But then some netizens questioned the lack of sincerity of Xiaopeng Automobile's apology, one is only released in its own community, not released in public channels; second, the apology post was quickly deleted after it was issued, and it is suspected that it cannot be found; third, the store involved is still open, but the sale is suspended.
