Preparations

Padding diaper pads

Take off your diapers

Wash your ass

Let the farts dry for a while
After cleaning, let your baby's ass dry for a while (again stressing the importance of disposable diaper pads), then apply the buttock cream and move on to the final stage.
Wear diapers
Rub the diapers first to make them softer, repeat the action when taking off the diapers, help the baby with one arm to turn sideways, put the diapers on the back, and then let the baby return to the lying position.

Notes:
When putting on and taking off diapers, don't lift your baby's legs upwards! It will hurt your waist! It is also easy to squeeze into the abdomen, causing the baby to spit up!
