On March 3, Ideal Auto announced that the Ideal L9 will be officially released at the Beijing Auto Show, which opens in April. The official refers to it as the "global smart flagship SUV for the family", and the ideal L9 is the ideal X01 that has frequently appeared in road tests before. The new car is positioned as a full-size SUV, built on the second-generation range extender platform, and is expected to be priced at around 500,000 yuan.
The Ideal L9 is larger than the Ideal ONE, with a body length of 5200mm and a wheelbase of 3105mm. In terms of styling, the ideal L9 also adopts the ideal family design style, but is not equipped with a large intake grille, but the through-type headlamp style is the same as the ideal ONE.
In terms of interior, the interior layout of the new car is also very similar to the current ideal ONE, and the vehicle is equipped with a through-line central control screen, in addition, it is also equipped with a four-spoke multi-function steering wheel. In terms of power, the new car will be built with the second-generation extended range platform, the maximum power of the system will reach 300kW, the maximum torque will be 600N·m, the acceleration time of the vehicle will be less than 6 seconds, and it will be equipped with adaptive air suspension.
According to the "retention rate" list of the EasyCar App, the ideal model has a good retention rate in the independent brand SUV, and is higher than other new energy models, so the future of the ideal L9 is still worth looking forward to.
