Recently, we got a picture of the Polestar O2 concept car from foreign media, which is positioned as a hard-top convertible, which will be built on the same platform as the Polestar 5 and use a similar design language.
For the new car name "O2", the official explanation is that the carbon (C) in carbon dioxide (CO2) is removed, leaving only oxygen (O2). The design of the car is also inspired by the shape of the PoleStar Precept concept car, and the shape of the hard-top convertible and the star-shaped large-size rim create a distinctive style.
The rear section features huge fenders protruding from the through taillights, and the intricate bulge looks like a nod to the rear-mounted engine. In addition, the car is built with a new customized all-aluminum bonding platform, which provides excellent dynamic and safety attributes for the vehicle.
