After the booking, in order to pick up the car as soon as possible, I even wanted to go to a fish platform to buy the first batch of orders. January finally picked up the car, just in time for the annual electric vehicle winter endurance test project, so we started first!

The test is the zero run C11 premium version, the original price of 179,800, colleagues bought another 10,000 yuan optional bag, so the total price came to 189,800. The C11 battery uses a ternary lithium battery of 90 degrees, the NEDC has a range of 610km, and the actual full display is 599km. We charged the WEIlai supercharging station in Anting, Shanghai, and set off for Rugao, Jiangsu Province.

The previous test end point was near Yancheng, so that the power consumption was close to 0, counting the outbound performance; fully charged, and then tested the return trip. The C11's battery life is too long, and we decided to use the round-trip running method, measuring only one charging mileage.

5-6 degrees on departure, this temperature is still quite cold in the winter in Shanghai. Sensitive people will freeze red noses, and the body feels close to 0 degrees in the north. There were two people in the car, according to normal driving habits, talking and laughing quickly arrived at the destination: the Olympic Park in Rugao, Jiangsu Province.

The first section of the journey is 171.3km, 90% high-speed, the average energy consumption is 22.8kWh/100km, and the average speed is 68km/h. The endurance of the table display has changed from 599km to 355km, a decrease of 244km. Well, the discount rate for this stretch of the journey is 70.2%, which is good and slightly exceeds our expectations.

However, as far as the previous test experience is concerned, the second half of the endurance of some models is relatively collapsed.

In addition, colleagues have to go to Hongqiao to catch the train station, so driving is more intense, which is a challenge for endurance. The average speed should be around 100km/h, and the reason why it is uncertain is because the navigation phone is out of power. That is to say, the power of zero-run C11 wireless charging is not enough to support the power consumed by normal navigation.

The second section of the return journey, after arriving in Anting, the table shows a range of 106 km, a cruising range of 249 km, and the actual driving is 163 km, and the discount rate of this section is 65.5%. It seems that the speed will indeed affect the endurance, but in the case of running all the way, this endurance is still relatively solid, and it is slightly beyond expectations.

This tour has some highways/elevated roads, long tunnels, and daily traffic light roads, a total of 55km. The endurance of the table was also reduced from 106km to the final 27km, and the test was over. Then the discount rate for this section of endurance is 69.6%.

To tell the truth, Che Jujun was still surprised after seeing the results. Zero-run C11 runs within 100km, the endurance is still firm, not like some lithium iron phosphate cars, cliff-like fall. And it is more linear than the general ternary lithium battery, closer to the real-time scene.

In this way, after a full day of testing, the watch display endurance of this zero-run C11 ranged from 599km to 599km fully charged, and finally the remaining 27km was reduced by 572km. The corresponding actual mileage is 389km. Well, its full table endurance discount rate is 68.0%.

Considering that the NEDC advertised by the zero-run C11 is 610km, not the fully charged 599km, its NEDC endurance discount rate is: 66.7%.

Some people will ask, why distinguish between the "apparent" endurance discount rate and the "NEDC" battery life discount rate?

Because each has its own uses. When buying a car, everyone will think, the manufacturer advertises THE NEDC 610km, how many kilometers can it actually run? How much do I have to discount in winter? Can I buy it? Now the answer is: about 380km; if the endurance is 0, you can run for early 400km.

But when using a car, everyone will only care about the 599km of the table, how much can it actually run? This is related to how to plan the intermediate charging when running long distances. It turns out that the zero-run C11 full charge allows you to drive from Shanghai's People's Square to the center of Yancheng City, and there are still dozens of kilometers left.

How much more can I run when the table is 106km? Will you be able to keep dropping people off at the train station, or do you have to go to charge them first? The design of the zero-run C11 does not have the "embryonic feeling" of Tesla, nor does it adopt the "nightclub style" like other new forces, but the warm "home style". Mechanical qualities are not said. The start of the C11 is very linear, with the performance of electric vehicles; but it does not have the sharp feeling of Tesla, and the feeling of pushing back is not obvious, indicating that it is more inclined to the home orientation.

However, when driving manually at high speeds, it will inadvertently go from 90km/h to 120km/h, and the power reserve in the middle and rear sections is still very sufficient. It is low speed like natural inhalation, high speed like turbocharging.

The brakes are linear and heel-foot. There was a sudden accident on the highway, about 100 meters away from us, and after stepping on the brake, it was found that the braking distance was shorter than expected, even shorter than the braking distance of Tesla.

Turning to the middle review, very sensitive but lacking some sticky feel, slight swing will have too clever reaction, if you can balance the sensitivity and stability, it is better.

Suspension is a highlight, as it is equipped with a rare front double wishbones and rear multi-link in its class. When passing the speed bump, it is very neat and crisp, the overall amplitude and bounce are also well controlled, the only small regret is that the shock is too brittle, if there is more delicate feeling and texture, it will be closer to the level of luxury cars.

Zero-run C11 is known as a full-stack self-developed self-manufacturing, one of the major selling points is equipped with the self-developed Lingxin 01 chip.

The corresponding driver assistance hardware is: 10 cameras, 1 forward binocular camera on the outer windshield, 1 driver's face recognition camera in the driver's seat, and 4 blind spot detection and 4 surround view. However, when encountering high-speed traffic jams, it is kept close to the distance in front of the car, causing certain psychological pressure to the driver.

The LCC lane center remains too sensitive. For example, if the turn signal is turned on, the system exits immediately. There are two kinds of automatic lane changes on the market, Tesla is a unique "light lane change", most models allow manual lane changes without exiting after lights, and automatically bite the new lane after entering the new lane. This situation may be related to the fact that the zero-run C11 lane change assist function is not enabled, and it is still in a gray state, and perhaps it can be improved after OTA.

On the way, in the lane line and good light conditions, Che Jujun just opened the LCC, it inexplicably flashed back, some people can not understand.

Not only these sensitivities, after opening the ACC and LCC, on the way encountered a large truck, Che Jujun in order to ensure safety, deliberately turned the steering wheel slightly to the left, the result of the system automatically exited.

In particular, the assisted driver exit prompt tone is small, and it is not an independent sound, which is controlled by the amount of music. Then when the music is very low, the driver is likely to have an accident without knowing that the LCC has exited.

This can refer to Cadillac Super Cruise, which not only separates the prompt tone, but also formulates the bright strip and seat vibration to the disc, reminding from the three aspects of hearing, vision and touch, ensuring that the machine exit and manual takeover are seamless.

It is strongly recommended that zero run improve the exit reminder mechanism of ADAS to make intelligence more humane.

Car gathering summary

Compared with the Han EV tested last time, the zero-run C11 almost won in an all-round way, and the mechanical quality, suspension tuning, and battery life were very strong. And the intelligence is also far beyond Han EV, especially in the lateral identification of obstacles is very sensitive - of course, some overreaction, I hope that the later through the OTA upgrade can have a more mature performance.
