According to a report by WHJL-11 on Tuesday, the company offers outstanding incentives to all 11,000 employees at its 25 U.S. attractions, whether they are full-time, part-time or seasonal workers.

Eugene Naughton, president of Dollywood, said, "When our hosts strive to grow themselves, it makes our business and our community a truly better place.

Herschend Enterprise, which Dollywood co-owns with the singer, says they encourage all employees to follow their dreams.

The company's chief executive, Andrew Wexler, said in a statement: "We care about the development of landlords and we hope their future growth is because of love, not loans."

Fans of the singer were quick to rave about the star, with many joking that she should run for president.
