In accordance with the requirements of the state and provinces on the zoning and grading prevention and control of the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, with the consent of the Shenzhen Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Command, from February 7, 2022, Building 3, Langxin South Road and No. 94 Baoshi South Road, Shiyan Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen will be adjusted to medium-risk areas.

According to the needs of epidemic prevention and control work, from February 7, 2022, the scope of the sealing and control area, control area and prevention area of Shiyan Street in Bao'an District, Shenzhen will be adjusted. The relevant regional and epidemic prevention and control measures are hereby notified as follows:

1. The sealing and control area is the area east of Luo Rent Industrial Avenue, west of Huangfengling Industrial Avenue, south of Jianxing 2nd Road and north of The Extension Line of Zhoushi Road in Luotian Community; No. 2, Lane 4, District 4, Longteng Community; No. 20, 21, 22 and 23 of Longma Community of Langxin Community; No. 7, 8 and 9, No. 7, 8 and 9, No. 7, 8 and 9 of Lane 3, Lane 4, Lane 9, Lane 4, Lane 3, 2. The control area is the whole area of Luo Rent Community except the sealing area; the area east of Songbai Road and south of Shiyan River in Langxin Community; No. 16 and 17 Longma Community in Langxin Community; 10 buildings in Lane 1 to 4 outside lanes 7, 8, 9, 3 lanes 7, 8, 9 and 4 lanes in Chetou Village of Langxin Community; and 2 to 7 lanes in the fourth district of Longteng Community. The control area implements "people do not leave the area, it is strictly forbidden to gather", the bayonet strictly implements 24-hour duty, personnel only enter and leave, vehicles are prohibited from passing, residents in principle do not leave home, one household and one person go out for 1 hour in two days to purchase daily necessities. Special circumstances such as medical treatment for personnel need to provide relevant supporting evidence, and can only be entered and exited after approval by the on-site command headquarters, and standardized protection and strict disinfection when entering and leaving. All non-essential business services, entertainment venues, restaurants, shops, mass fitness and cultural activities in the area are temporarily closed. There are 1-2 supermarkets and meat and vegetable markets in the area, and their employees are not allowed to leave the control area, and masks are worn throughout the work.

3. The prevention area is the whole area of Shiyan Street except for the sealing and control area and the control area. The prevention zone implements "strengthening social control, strictly restricting the gathering of personnel, and not leaving unless necessary". In special cases such as medical treatment, personnel must provide relevant supporting evidence and hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours to enter and exit. Dine-in is prohibited at dining venues in the area, and pick-up and take-out delivery services are available. Community communities implement strict enclosure management, and takeaway, express delivery, delivery, etc. are not allowed to enter the community and urban village buildings. All non-essential business services, entertainment venues, restaurants, shops, mass fitness and cultural activity venues, student and child care institutions, offline education and training institutions, etc. are temporarily closed.
