IT Home January 26 news, BYD announced that on January 25, 2022, with a 13-meter pure electric bus about to be delivered to Sweden driving out of the Hangzhou BYD bus base, BYD's 70,000th pure electric bus in the world officially rolled off the production line.
BYD said that the 13-meter pure electric bus that rolled off the line at the Byd Bus Base in Hangzhou has departed for Sweden and will be used for intercity bus operations in Skne Province (Sk ne).
IT Home learned that BYD first entered the Swedish market in 2015, has won more than 200 orders for pure electric buses, and is currently operating in Swedish cities such as Eskilstuna, Nortetel, Stockholm Barkabi, Linköping, Piteo, Malmö and Trelleborg.
Up to now, BYD has delivered more than 70,000 pure electric buses to global partners, with a total operating mileage of more than 5.5 billion kilometers, covering six continents, more than 50 countries and regions, and more than 300 cities.
