Since the implementation of the "Hydrogen into Ten Thousand Homes" science and technology demonstration project, Weichai Power has cooperated with enterprises, universities and research institutes to actively accelerate the breakthrough of technical bottlenecks and the landing of industrialization in the industrial chain. Successfully developed the 15-200kW series hydrogen fuel cell system, and the 200kW fuel cell system participated in the national "13th Five-Year Plan" scientific and technological innovation achievement exhibition in October 2021.
The first fuel cell fleet environmental adaptability test under extremely cold conditions, a successful start at minus 34 °C, the first to achieve a product life of 30,000 hours, leading the process of China's fuel cell industrialization.
In terms of hydrogen energy parks, the first high-power containerized hydrogen fuel cell combined heat and power system and the first 30kW solid-state oxide fuel cell combined heat and power supply system were put into operation in Weifang; the first 3-ton hydrogen fuel cell forklift truck in China was developed, creating a logistics and handling environment with zero carbon emissions.
In terms of hydrogen energy ports, on December 29, 2021, the country's first port hydrogen fuel cell heavy-duty truck demonstration operation project was launched in Qingdao Port; the first 80-passenger hydrogen fuel cell passenger ship in China was successfully launched in Laiwu Xueye Lake, Jinan, truly realizing zero-carbon shipping.
In terms of hydrogen energy high-speed, the country's first highway hydrogen refueling station was put into operation in Zibo City; the 49-ton fuel cell heavy truck supporting Weichai Power Products has been operated for more than 5,000 kilometers on the route from Jinan Taigang to Qingdao Dongjiakou Port District.
On October 27, 2021, China National Heavy Duty Truck Yellow River Snow Wax Truck equipped with Weichai hydrogen fuel cell system was delivered to the Winter Olympics, achieving "China's first, world-leading and completely domestically produced" in one fell swoop, which is China's first intelligent hydrogen fuel cell snow wax vehicle with completely independent intellectual property rights;
Through the demonstration of multi-scenario application, the efficiency, reliability, green environmental protection, safety and energy saving advantages of Weichai's powered hydrogen fuel cell system have been verified one by one.
