
At an online conference held by Changan Automobile, Changan Deep Blue released the world's first all-electric digital platform, the world's first high-frequency pulse heating technology, and the first mass-produced autonomous car range extender system and hydrogen fuel cell system.
Last summer, Changan announced a new energy concept car, its code name is C385. As time went on, more and more information about it became more and more common, and people felt that the car was different.
At the end of April, with the holding of this technology sharing meeting by Deep Blue, Chang'an's new digital pure electric brand, the truth about the C385 began to surface. This car will be the first product on the Deep Blue All-Electric Digital Platform, which can be described as the culmination of Deep Blue technology. The car looks sporty and compact, but the actual size is not small, with a length of 4820 mm, a wheelbase of 2900 mm, and a wind resistance coefficient of only 0.23. At the same time, its entire range of models is rear-wheel drive, and equipped with an H-arm multi-link rear axle, and a wheel hub of up to 19 inches, with a hardware foundation that provides handling pleasure.
But the car is of interest more than that: the Deep Blue platform is based on pure electricity, while taking into account hydrogen fuel cells and range of energy replenishment methods, so the C385 will have an unprecedented version of pure electric, extender and hydrogen power. Among them, the pure electric version is expected to be the main model for future sales, and its CLTC range will exceed 700 kilometers, the maximum power will reach more than 190 kilowatts, and the power consumption will be as low as 12.3 kWh/100 kilometers.
After five years of development, the Deep Blue platform has a new generation of super-collector electric drive system, with a maximum efficiency of 95%, and 163 patents, which reduces the energy consumption of the vehicle and increases the power density. It adopts the world's first micro-core high-frequency pulse heating technology, through the random frequency conversion IGBT opening and closing control, high frequency pulse and NVH balance algorithm, cell safety and life control, power system durability design and other innovative technology groups work together, can achieve a battery temperature rise of 4 °C / min in the -30 °C environment, low temperature dynamics increased by more than 50%, low temperature charging time shortened by more than 15%, so that electric vehicles away from the troubles caused by the cold.
The maximum cruising range of the extended range is up to 1200 km, the pure electric range is more than 200 km, and the fuel consumption is only 4.5 liters/100 km. Changan Deep Blue's autonomous sedan range extension system has high efficiency power system collaborative design and control, real-time road condition intelligent energy management control, high compression ratio depth Atkinson cycle and other new technologies, 1 liter of oil can generate about 3.3 degrees of electricity, and achieve global sensorless operation.
As the first mass-produced self-brand hydrogen fuel cell vehicle, the C385 hydrogen electric version also has a cruising range of more than 700 kilometers, hydrogen consumption of 0.65 kg / 100 kilometers, and can complete the replenishment within 3 minutes. Its hydrogen fuel cell adopts water-gas hetero-lateral stack design, working condition mode intelligent perception algorithm and a new generation of highly active platinum alloy catalyst gradient coating, and can generate 20.5 degrees of power with 1 kg of hydrogen, reaching the high level of vehicle hydrogen fuel cells.
